Wanted to give a shout out to Jenny at Boldt's for doing a great job squeezing me into their schedule. She was very patient as we had to change the time often due to missing parts. Jerod was a great technician. Explained what needed to be done so I could get everything I needed to convert our new stove to be used for propane. He was fast and was really sweet to our dog who I am sure annoyed him wanting to be his best friend. I called several places and they were the only one willing to help me since I did not purchase the appliance through them. Thanks Boldt's Plumbing and Heating. We appreciated it.

I am very pleased with Jared and the service he provided. He was personable and professional. He installed a new gas stove for me. First he had to move it across the room before he could begin the installation. He recommended a new gas pigtail which he felt was safer than the old copper line. That sounds easy but he also had to install a new shut off valve. To accomplish that he had to run to the hardware store to pick one up.
Upon completion he pushed the stove into position and found that it wasn't level so he took the time to level it for me. Through the whole process he was pleasant. I recommend Jared for HVAC repair and installation.
