Services
Drain Cleaning
Our professional drain cleaning service removes blockages and buildup using high-pressure hydro-jetting equipment. We clear tree roots from residential pipes and grease from commercial kitchen drains while maintaining pipe integrity. Technicians perform post-cleaning inspections to ensure complete debris removal and optimal flow, preventing future clogs through preventative maintenance programs.
Sewer Repair
We specialize in sewer lateral repairs and pipe rehabilitation using trenchless technology. Our team addresses cracked pipes, root intrusions, and corrosion issues with durable solutions that minimize property disruption. Emergency sewer backup services operate after hours to resolve urgent sanitation concerns while providing long-term repair options for system longevity.
Emergency Plumbing
Available 24/7 for critical plumbing failures including burst pipes, severe leaks, and complete drain blockages. Our rapid response team arrives equipped with diagnostic tools and repair materials to restore functionality within 30 minutes of dispatch. We handle residential and commercial emergencies with priority pricing for after-hours service.
Hydro Jetting
This advanced cleaning method uses water jets up to 4,000 psi to remove stubborn clogs and buildup. We employ hydro jetting for restaurant grease traps, main sewer lines, and industrial drainage systems while adjusting pressure settings for different pipe materials. The process includes pre- and post-inspection with camera diagnostics to verify cleaning effectiveness.
Pipe Installation
Our installation services cover complete plumbing system replacements and new fixture installations. We handle residential bathroom/kitchen upgrades and commercial plumbing infrastructure projects with code-compliant materials. The process includes site preparation, precise pipe routing, pressure testing, and final system optimization to ensure long-term performance and regulatory compliance.

I hire drains r us at my place of employment quite regularly. They are short staffed most times but almost always get the job done. Another good thing is they do not charge a fee for a quote/bid.

Drains R Us saved the day. I was having sewer issues, they went out of their way to make room in their schedule and take care of me. They really know their stuff. I've worked with a lot of plumbers over the years, and these guys are the best. They were on-time, professional, and left everything clean, even after pulling horrific sludge from my sewer pipes. If you need a plumber that is going to get it right, call these guys. I've saved their number in my phone and put their magnet on my fridge.
