I had Patriot plumbing come out to the house. The compressor was out on my AC. They said the unit was not under warranty and that just the compressor would be 3600. $ plus labor. Had Central Washington Air come out, to give a second opinion. They were there within 30 minutes. Central Washington check and said the compressor is under warranty and they are charging under $1500.

For everything. Buyer beware I don't care to be taken advantage of. In response to your response. The quote was done by Dustin, for my mothers home. If you would like to verify that yes in fact it was your company that came to her home just ask Dustin. Remind him we called him doctor Dustin. If you do not charge labor you should inform your associates of this. Dustin had your office check for warranty on Thursday and came back to my mothers home Friday to say that the AC was never registered, so was not under warranty.

Central Washington AC did not have anything to do with her original installation but some how were able to find out that the AC was covered in a matter of minutes. You might inquire with them how they are able to be more efficient in getting this information if your company struggles with this. In any case we too are happy that we found another company to do the work, and did it honestly.

Noe and his team were just great. They communicated everything that was going to happen throughout the process, over delivered on timing, I got to take a shower a day early! Noe & his crew did a great job of repiping our entire house this week. Each a.m. he explained their plans for the day & at the end of the day he described all they had gotten accomplished. He frequently asked us if we had any questions or concerns. They were all very courteous. We have found Patriot Plumbing to always be dependable in doing quality work for us through the years.

Sought a bid from Patriot to install a whole house water filter for a well system. They were very responsive and came promptly to the site to prepare a bid. However, their bid was higher than others, and they included upsells in addition to what we needed. The filter system they recommended was not the one we wanted and it would have required more maintenance than the ozone oxygenation one we ended up using. We went with another company and were glad we did.

Overall I had a decent experience with Patriot Plumbing, but I will likely not use them again unless I can't get ahold of anyone else. Pros: - They we're able to get someone out for a repair within 24 hours. They are one of the larger plumbing companies around so there is a greater chance they will have someone. - Their employees are polite, respectful, and helpful. Cons: - They quoted me $600 to cut a 2'x2' hole to investigate a water leak.

It is reasonable to charge for this service, but $600 (not including the actual repair. literally just to cut a small hole in drywall) seems insane. I had them leave so that I could cut the hole myself to save $600 as I was not home at that time. I was stuck with the $79 visit fee since I didn't have them repair on that trip but it was worth it. - They attempted to charge me a "trip fee" for homes outside of 40 miles or 40 minutes from Wenatchee.

My home is 25 miles from their office in Wenatchee. To their credit, once I reached out to have the trip fee removed they did so. I ended up having another plumber out the following day who helped me determine where to cut the hole (which was actually several feet off of where Patriot was going to cut the hole.), and upon seeing that the repair was something I could handle, did not charge me a thing despite the fact that he came for a house visit. I would consider using Patriot Plumbing again one day, but only if I couldn't find someone else.

They front office staff is tremendous, the service technicians are knowledgeable and thorough, and they tell you straight what needs to be done. They are friendly, empathetic, and good at what they do.

The technician, Chris was courteous and on time. He explained everything in a respectful manner and gave lots of options. He made sure I not only fully understood but was satisfied with the work. Had some issues with my plumbing and discharge to my septic tank. After a call to Patriot Plumbing 2 very professional technicians arrived at my home to investigate the problem. Noe Hernandez and Ricky Saldana developed a strategy and explained the process and estimated cost. Noe and Ricky were very efficient and easy to communicate with! Problem solved! These guys know their business! Very effective!

Our Patriot Plumbing crew of Noe and Jared was sent out to repair a serious leak in our main water-supply line from the street. They were terrific. On time, hard working, explained all the various options when the 2 leaks were finally found, and when they finished up the repairs, they left their outside work areas looking as good as possible considering the weather at the time. I would definitely recommend Patriot Plumbing and I would ask especially for this crew of Noe and Jared.

Second time I have used Patriot and couldn't be happier. They were professional and friendly. Although they were pretty late showing up the first day, they brought a small army and got alot done with the time they had. All in all the job got done right and didn't go over the estimate. Considering other electrical companies didn't return calls, they were able to take the job and get me out of a jam. Curt and Austin were a pleasure to work with.

In my opinion this is the best heating/cooling/plumbing company in the area. They are very professional, can usually get to your needs in a very timely manner, and they do great work. I especially like the way that they give you multiple repair options. What impresses me the most is the fact that they feel that it is more important to have return customers than to make every dollar they can. In this day and age I find it rare to find a company that truly cares about their customers. This company does. Thank you for keeping me up and running Patriot.

Noe and Jared were prompt, professional, and courteous. They gave me multipe options to solve my issue and the price they gave was the one they charged. The area they worked in was left spotless. All my future plumbing needs will be done through Patriot Plumbing.

We hired Patriot to run power to our shed and install outlets and lighting throughout. Curt was our electrician for the job and he was always on time, polite, friendly, and patient. He was happy to change the location of an outlet after we changed our minds. He also took the time to explain why some things had to be done a certain way to meet codes. Curt was great to work with and I would gladly hire him again, 5 stars for Curt. However, 4 stars overall for Patriot because they forgot to schedule our original appointment and they were not on the same page about the payment plan we wanted to do. But they did work to get us on the schedule the next day.

Day one of heating/air conditioning install. Matthew called en route and were exactly on time. After a brief tour of the house and present equipment, he and Kade were quick to get everything unloaded and to begin the install. Both were businesslike, but also friendly and polite. To be continued. :

A text was sent to confirm the appointment the day prior. The day of the appointment as well, along with a picture of the service provider. He was on time and ready to work, with a professional attitude the entire time. This was our 3rd time getting the split air system inspected by this company and this technician was the best. Still waiting to hear back about the motor/blower for the upstairs unit thou. He did take care of the filters we needed. They are lucky to have him. GREAT job Eder!

We have used Patriot for everything from major install of heat pump system to small plumbing issues. From the first person you speak to on the phone to every technician that has done a service call, we have had friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced service. We highly recommend Patriot!
