If I could give 0 stars I would! When I initially called 2 months ago, I was told "he is out in the field and will return your call when he is back.in about 2 weeks". No call, so called back 2.5 weeks later, same message from the lady who answered the call. Waited another 2.5 weeks and still heard nothing, so called back again, same lady, same message.
It has been 3 weeks since then and I have yet to get that returned phone call. I realize everyone is busy, but I was only inquiring on a tankless water heater and customer service and such a lack of acknowledgement is unacceptable in my books.
