With warehouses and branches all across the state, their reliable and quality materials are unparalleled only to their top notch customer support and commitment to care. Have had nothing but quality experiences with everyone on the staff from drivers, to salesmen, to office workers, to the company owners themselves. This is good for individuals and companies/large businesses and complex plumbing and heating needs alike. Get your furnaces, faucets, toilets, piping and insulation here among all else.

We bought a tub, shower and accessories. We had a very good experience overall. A Delta tub faucet was defective on arrival, while Delta was of no help, the RA Townsend Co. came through with the right fix. Special thanks to Beth for all her help in resolving the matter.

Sold my restaurant a make up air unit. We have had nothing but problems with it. They will not return our phone calls and we can not get anyone to fix it.
