Critical: Value Charged us almost 500 dollar's an hour for a Saturday service to unclog a sewer line total bill of 116900 for a hour and half worth of work find someone else if you have an emergency

Water heater install. Don't bother. Where's the zero star option? The guy who I talked to to quote me for this job never called back and when I called and left a message to ask for them to send the quote he called me back saying he didn't know who I was. Said he needed a refresher course on my job. When I had called his direct number I couldn't leave a message since his mailbox was full. Absolutely unprofessional. Luckily my tank broke while I waiting for a call back for my estimate. That forced my hand to do it myself and saved me at least a grand for what wasn't really a hard job. I just didn't have time to do it myself due to my work schedule.

I have used City Plumbing and Heating on multiple occasions. They are complete professionals. Today Andrew made a service call on our tankless hot water heater. He spent the time to understand them problem and remedy it. I highly recommend them.

I've moved here from Chicago. It took a while, and a few wrong turns, but I finally found the best there is in St. Joseph. They are honest, always on time, and will explain clearly your problems and options. They won't try to sell you something if they can repair. Financing will not be your first conversation.

City installed a new furnace and central air at my home. I may be a more picky customer than average, but they always answered all of my questions and requests fairly. They came in and got the job done quickly and so far, so good. I'll return to them for future work and would recommend them to others as well.
