Technician showed up promptly and performed work quickly. The receptionist(s) answering the phones for Palermo aren't the nicest and we did have an issue with a service fee not being disclosed before a quote was given. The gentleman we spoke with did refund the service fee since we were not made aware of that before someone came over. He was professional about the matter. Overall, would recommend Palermo because the work itself was done well and the gentleman that provided the quote for additional work was great - just be aware that it is often hard to get through, and when you do, expect the person who picks up to be unpleasant. It could be that we caught the receptionist on a few bad days.

Gerry Palermo, both as an HVAC and plumbing contractor, performed their work diligently and really paid attention to details that puts them on our go to contractor list. As an example, they installed voltage surge suppression devices at the 2 heat pumps at our home. They were not called out on the drawings yet Palermo wanted to protect our investment. Highly recommend.

Their estimates were so good that we also decided to have the heater units replaced at the same time. His team did and excellent and very neat job. I would highly recommend Palermo for HVAC needs.

We had heater unit, air conditioning condenser, and all new ductwork. This was the best experience we've ever had. From the quote to order to install to final pictures, was the best! And we are 1200 miles south. We know we can count on the Palermo team, and would highly recommend them!
