Top Notch. I called on a Monday morning with no hot water. Within two hours, two guys were here and diagnosed the issue. Shortly after that, I'm on the phone with the office discussing options. Next day, new water heater. Fair price, professional and quick. A no-brainer hire.

We own a condo. Our tenant never complained. Now that we're selling it, we wanted to make sure everything is working correctly. Kirkland and Shaw returned my calls superfast. They sent a plumber (easygoing, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable and experiences) the same day and checked the unit thoroughly. I would trust them with anything. The rates are fine. -Repaired hallway lavatory faucet and toilet -Repaired master bathroom toilet and lavatory faucet -Cleaned dryer vent -Checked connections for laundry valve Tested all shutoffs -Customer needs new dishwasher - Tested kitchen sink faucet, drain, and disposal

Controller in my boiler went south midwinter, and the boiler was discontinued a while ago, so parts are not easy to find. Kirkland had managed to locate a new controller under an hour and successfully complete repair in next two hours, before our house went cold. I really appreciate fast and professional response. They fixed a leak in the basement and first floor. There was no estimate given up front. But few days later we received an invoice for $950 with one line item for parts as over $300. There was no detailed breakdown. When I called to discuss the invoice, they were very rude on the phone. As the other reviewer said "They won't give you an up front estimate, and just say you will receive a bill a few days after service. If you finally get them to give you an estimate it's twice as much as other plumbers." We won't use them for any other services.
