Thanks to Buster and Gage for their excellent and efficient work installing our HVAC system. They were pleasant, hard working, and provided what they were going to do clearly and updated as they went along, and also how a problem discovered will have a followup from the office. They also were very careful with their movements in and out of the house and mindful to not cause any damage or mess. Their cleanup after installation was very well done. Overall very pleased. One possible problem discovered later with the system was called into the office for a review.

My AC went out at the same time as my furnace! Todd came out looked it over and was super quick (same day) getting me a quote. It had been in the 90'S that week and I have a sick elderly person in the home. There quote was great, he was not only professional, but understanding and worked with me to get my equipment installed in a timely manner. Hunter and Shane were here with-in a week and not only installed my system, but were super informational and made sure I understood how to properly care/run my new system! McMasters will continue to be my go to company! Thank you so much!

Recently had my A/C died and contacted Wm. Masters for estimate and install. About 4 years ago they installed my furnace and was very happy with the furnace and service. Last week Tanner and Zac installed my new A/C in record time, they were very professional and courteous throughout the process. I will use Masters again for any future needs. Thanks!

When our AC went out after 31 years, we called Wm Masters to determine what our options were. We initially worked with Shawn who looked things over and provided us with options to replace just the AC, or both the AC and the furnace (also 31 yrs old). After deciding to replace both, Barry helped with scheduling and signing documents to move forward. Buster and Gage completed the install on the scheduled day.
They were on time, courteous, completed the replacements in a timely manner, cleaned up everything, and answered any questions that we had. The entire process went very smoothly from start to finish. Thanks to the entire team that we worked with. Shawn, Barry, Buster and Gage!

Zac and Tanner did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system, completing the project in approximately six hours, providing superior workmanship throughout the entire process.
