In 1981, a young Jeff Parks-the son of a local Skokie plumbing inspector-hit the bricks of Chicago with nothing more than a van and a dream. He wanted to, one day, build a Chicago plumbing company that people wouldn't just want or need, but one they knew they could trust. Almost half a century later, that dream has built a company. That dream helped put together a team of expert Chicago plumbers. That dream invented our PARKS' 'DOUBLE GUARD' SYSTEM-a backwater valve flood control system that boasts over a 99% success rate after forty years of installation.

Over the years, Parks Plumbing & Sewer, Inc. has grown substantially. We employ a whole team of licensed plumbers, inspectors of Cross-Connection-Control Devices, pipe fitters and sewer men. Most of these employees are long-term and full-time personnel. The management personnel is largely made up of college graduates.

Parks' Plumbing's list of clients includes many local newscasters, sports celebrities, political leaders, commercial and industrial companies, and several churches and temples. We were also featured in two newspaper articles, one in the Chicago Sun-Times, and the other in the Sauganash Sounds. On one occasion, Channel 5 presented segments covering the Parks' 'DOUBLE GUARD' Backwater Valve System.
