So thankful that they have the best rates around (we called all over). We are so thankful that they were able able to get us on their schedule and out to us a quickly. Took a bit to discover the problem but it was quickly fixed and our cool air was blowing better than before! Thank you guys for the great service, timely response, and reasonable/affordable rates. Extremely expensive with absolute no reason to be. Technician came to work on my mother's home to look into our furnace and was unable to fix, said he needed to order a part for us. He gave us a price estimate for the part with installation, only to find out the next day that the part was jo longer made. They procedes to try and charge us the original estimate despite no part ordered or installed.

I think everything is too expensive but they always are right on hand. Over the years, I have appreciated that. My brother recently had his hvac replaced and their bid was the lowest and they were quick.

I called at 12:30 PM after all other companies in the area said no one could come for over a week. I had a tec out and ac fixed by 3pm same day. I am 45 minutes from them even. Will recommend and use again! Service: A/C system repair

The representatives at John's were kind, efficient, knowledgeable and so helpful! They went above and beyond in helping us find and install a blower motor in an old, no longer made or serviced mobile home furnace. When everyone else said they couldn't help, John's did. John's Sales and Service has been at my property on two occasions - to replace the bathroom plumbing for a remodel and to install a tankless gas hot water heater. Both times, the technicians advised on the best course of action, did outstanding work, were professional, I felt comfortable with them in my home, and they stayed until the work was completed, even when that meant staying "after hours" or bringing more technicians on site. We had to have a new furnace, central air unit and duct work done. For 15 years we never had airflow to one bedroom. They arrived on time, they were courteous, hard workers. And now we finally have air to the bedroom. Awesome job and excellent price. Definitely the people to call for all your heating/a.c. needs!

The person answering phone was very cheerful and wanting to help me out. Scott who came to fix my washing machine was very polite, called and said he could come earlier than my appointment. I was treated as if he really carried about me and my machine and showed me ways to enhance my washing. Amazing service all the way around
