Waterhester went on weekend. Called mr Waterhester Monday morning when they opened at 8AM they said they would be out the same day about 1 to 3. They called back and said would be able to get someone out around 930. And that's when they got here 2 men and looked it over gave me what I thought was a fair price and finished In under 2 hrs. Did the job cleaned up after them and was gone. Couldn't recommend a company more than them

I had an issue that required a technician to come and relight my tank, as I was unable to do it myself. The two gentlemen who came out were VERY professional, courteous and explained every step of the process to me in a way that I can understand. The office was very responsive to my needs, dispatched the nearest tech(s) and followed up, insuring my complete satisfaction. I will continue to use them for my needs and will always recommend Mr Waterheater to anyone in need of quality service.

They have replaced my tank, changed my pilot assembly, replaced my pressure relief valve, and installed a mixing value. All of this was done by different technicians over the last 8 years. In my opinion the cost of labor and parts are pricey but, Ive never had a bad experience. The prices do seem to be on par with the rest of Pittsburgh plumbing services. Would recommend.

The gentlemen that installed my new water heater today were friendly, courteous, funny, on time, and the price was exactly what was quoted to me- no surprises! Excellent workmanship and they even helped set me up with a cleaning crew for all the water damage that occurred due to my old tank leaking everywhere. Highly recommend this company!
