Jon Delaforet and an associate of his came to service our A/C unit. He was very polite, professional, and patient with us as we had some issues with our water spigot causing leaks. He also explained how our unit looked and what we are probably looking at in terms of how many years we have left with it. They were even early to the appointment. I would recommend.

My first call for an estimate was great. They arrived in fast, 15 minutes! They completed the assessment and gave me an estimate. They arranged my repair appointment quickly. Jon and his crew were knowledgeable, responsive, respectful and polite. There was a supplier delay and Jon contacted us swiftly to explain this. They arrived on time, put down drop cloths and worked at a good pace. We are pleased with their services and would recommend this company.

I was in the a cold house for for five days. Connected with Chatham and the warming process began. They arrived on time, professional and skilled at what they do. Ran into a problem at the end of the installation and had to get a plumber. They wanted for the plummer and stayed until the plumber was done. I am so glad I called them to do the job.
