First shower repair was quoted by 3 other plumbing companies not including ones that didn't call back or show up. Just a simple call told me all I needed to know about this business. I was just calling to get a quote on a new unit install and I got a lecture about how I need to show record of permits for the previous unit and if I don't have one they will need to do a records search. I asked if the cost would be around 200 dollars more and he said "oh no, it would be a lot more for an install and you need permits". Nice try on the strong Arm.

Unfortunately for me, my home often needs some sort of plumbing repair. It was built 40 years ago, so repairs are a need. I always go to Absolute Plumbing for my repairs because of their promptness, professionalism, willingness to explain what's going on and why and how to prevent it in the future, good communication, and how they go the extra mile.
