A leaking water heater is one of the most common plumbing problems there is, and if you're here, then you probably have questions. The water heaters we install have a manufacturers warranty of six years for the water heater tank and six years on mechanical parts. The manufacturer's warranty includes all the mechanical parts of the water heater and includes the tank itself.
