Don Wood was contracted by the sellers of a house we bought to put in a drain pipe for our hot water heater drain pan. The guy came the day we moved in, he drilled through the wall near the floor to send the pipe to the outside. little did he know, he drilled DIRECTLY through our pipe that our washer uses. So our laundry room and room adjacent flooded as a result of our washer draining during a cycle.
They came out and fixed that, which was good. Now we're on to our next issue, the drain pan (they originally came to installed a run-off pipe for) started overflowing because that pipe is angled up and so water won't run out of it, so our laundry room and room adjacent flooded again as a result. My wife called and spoke to someone who was incredibly rude to her on the phone about how it isn't their fault.
I only heard her side of the conversation from the other room, but she never even finished a single sentence due to his constant interrupting. They are sending someone out to look at it whenever, but I'm hopeful and looking forward to updating this review to be more positive that they have righted the wrongs they have caused.
