I have used Sunset Plumbing for my plumbing repairs in Bend for years. I have nothing but amazing things to say about these guys. Anita in the office is wonderful, and Gabe who comes out to do my repairs is punctual, professional, does great work, and it an all around great person. I wouldn't use anyone else for my plumbing work. I wish all subcontractors conducted themselves the way that Sunset Plumbing does.

Jayce was friendly and helpful. They did a great job and left our place better than they found it. The bid for our natural gas work was super fair. Not happy. The repair started on March 11, today is April 21. Gabe replaced the heat exchanger on warranty. Our water was still not running hot. Jayce came and decided we need to replace and ordered a part in the shower faucet. The apparently fixed heater unit in the garage started leaking. Gabe realized the shower faucet was not the problem. Fixed the leak. A part in the heater unit was apparently broken.
He ordered yet another part. Now we have only cold water. So far we paid $2,103 not including the latest part. We originally paid about $3,000 for the new and installed unit. The water heater is not fixed yet. We shouldn't have to pay a penny more to have this finally fixed and working properly. Definitely not happy!
