Services
Pre-Construction & Design
Our pre-construction services include budgeting, value engineering, and life-cycle analysis to establish accurate project budgets. We collaborate with clients during schematic design to ensure optimal long-term value. Our proprietary methods and BIM technology enhance coordination and cost predictability for complex plumbing systems.
3D Modeling/BIM
We utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) for clash-free shop drawings and precise coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP systems. This technology minimizes schedule conflicts and maximizes labor efficiency through detailed 3D piping models and dimensioned drawings for field installation.
Trimble Layout Technology
Our Trimble robotic stations enable single-person layout of sleeves and hangers with millimeter accuracy. This technology reduces labor costs by 40% while eliminating rework through digital transfer of 3D positional data from BIM models to field operations.
Prefabrication
We fabricate repetitive assemblies in controlled environments using BIM-verified dimensions. This approach reduces on-site labor requirements by 30% while maintaining quality standards for critical components like medical gas outlets and in-wall piping systems.
Healthcare Plumbing
We specialize in mission-critical plumbing systems for hospitals and laboratories, including sterile processing, medical gas distribution, and infection control plumbing. Our teams maintain 24/7 service readiness for emergency repairs in operational healthcare environments.

I am surprised and disappointed, it took this company a week to come out, we hired someone else to fix the plumbing issue, this company shows up, we tell them that we already fixed the problem we cannot be without a toilet for a week, o they charge us $200 for a visit, really for doing nothing 85$ I could understand I am actually happy in a way the reason they did not do any repairs because I could only imagine how much the repair would be Do your research and hire someone honest, these people are not honest When I called to ask them, I got transferred 3 times

I can not comment on this company as a customer but, as a 10 year employee I can say that this is a great place to work. Overall great supervision, great project manager, and some great employees that care about their company as well as the product they are installing. Try us out and I think you will be happy you did.

We had a difficult plumbing issue recently. After two different plumbing companies came out and were unable to solve the problem, we reached out to Art Plumbing. They spent a lot of time with us diagnosing the issue and solved it! I HIGHLY recommend their services.
