We waited two weeks for an estimate. I received a call the following day and was told they didn't want to get involved with this project. Fair enough, but it would have been nice to know they don't do commercial work before waiting for two weeks further delaying my business opening.

These folks have done work at my home several times over the past few years, and the service has always been excellent. Yesterday, I called for a plumbing issue, but before scheduling a home visit, Brian got on the phone and helped me trouble shoot. He spent at least 15 minutes helping me track down the problem, and with his help, it was solved. No visit, no charge. Doesn't get much better than that!

I understand being extremely busy and out straight, however.when a customer (who has used your services multiple times over the years) calls for an ESTIMATE on replacing a furnace system, and the response is that unless I am hiring them for the job they dont want to "waste their time on an estimate" it was an eye opener. Yes it was a couple weeks before Christmas but really? I didn't think I was wasting their time asking for an estimate on something like a new furnace system. POOR customer service and I was offended quite honestly. PS this response was by the OWNER.
His son took the message and was very responsive, courteous and seemed genuinely concerned. Maybe dad could learn something from his son! Needless to say I did not hire them for the job. Disappointing as I always had positive experiences with employees and the quality of their work.
