Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I called thus company for a simple plumbing job, we set a schedule but they never showed up or called. I was later told to call the "good" Carlson plumbing company in Duluth, Carlson Brothers.

Critical: Responsiveness, Value I was charged more than triple the amount of labor time for the amount of service performed. It took over a week and a half to get in touch with anyone to discuss the bill then was told there was nothing that could be changed. Stay away from this business. I should have read the reviews first.

I can't say enough poor things about this business. They were called to give an assessment of possible needed repairs to my boiler. The possible replacement parts needed to be ordered and no service was performed at that time. I was promptly sent a bill of $165 for services not performed and spoke with them multiple times to correct the bill to a rate more reflective of the non-service. After more promises of correction (including the original tech (TJ) coming back out to confirm he had performed no service because he "forgot" what it was involving) and another promise of amended charges. I received via mail a collection agency inquiry involving the ORIGINAL charges! I would rather ask the mailman to repair my boiler than ever have this business in my home again.
