Tony, the technician, arrived on time to look at a leak in the crawl space in my home. I was not informed of a $89.00 service call prior to technician arrival. Tony did not even go into the crawl space. Tony tried to convince me that it was nothing more than ground water and not to worry about it! I contacted another plumber who took care of the leak. I would NOT recommend this business

Nothing but excellent things to say about Reeves. We were having issues with our AC and furnace not working. Tom was able to resolve all issues. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and professional. Jack and Rob were great. After cleaning the roots from my sewer pipes, they showed me the camera footage to let me know what the pipes were like for future concerns and gave me options on how to fix them. Will definitely call Reeves back when that time comes. Service: Sewer repair

Replaced my old decaying lead pipes that were leaking. It was a pretty big job in a 102 year old house and Jack & Casey were great!
