They were able to do the heater maintenance a week before my appointment. They called to let me know an opening had come up. I appreciate being informed about the opening. The office personnel are always polite and friendly and go out of their way to work with you. The technician, Dustin, was on time, extremely courteous and professional and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He is a top-notch individual and technician and represents Pippin Brothers in a superior fashion.

Austin came out and not only did he repair our water heater hoses that were leaking he also found that the water heater exhaust vent was not properly aligned and is part of doing the hoses he fix that. The response time was excellent especially on a holiday weekend. Thank you very much you're my new plumber of choice. Service: Water heater repair
