So frustrating sometimes. Just finished up a horrible plumbing experience with Rochester Plumbing & Heating. Over charged me, didn't do the original job correctly, charge for drive time, etc. One simple job = $1,000. Stay away! First repair = $300+. Then they came back, ripped out all the new copper that they replaced earlier & replaced it with PEX = $700 more (they had to run back to the shop to get the PEX & charged me for that drive time).
In retrospect, they should've just replaced everything with PEX in the first place. In other words, the first job basically did no good. Think about it, two easy to access tiny pin hole leaks within a few inches of each other eventually cost me $1000.00 to repair. Something just doesn't smell right.

The plumber who worked on my house explained my drain issue to me and how to avoid the problem from occurring again. I felt very well taken care of. The price was also very reasonable. I would use their service again! Service: Drain cleaning

I had them come out and repair a pinhole leak in a copper pipe. The charges were a bit steep for the work, but it was done well and I have no complaints. However that night we noticed the water main valve was leaking. I called them out once again. It ended up only needing a tighting maybe 15 minutes work on the high side. Still got charged $110x2 for the second day's fix. I feel that they should've caught the leak when the turned my water on the after repairing the initial leak. I've left a voicemai and hope they can rectify the situation otherwise I'd never recommend using this company unless no one else is available.
