When you need a plumber it's not a good day. Meetze plumbing makes it better from calling to schedule someone until the service person leaves. They are professional and friendly all the way through. Special shout-out to Willie. He immediately diagnosed and fixed my problem at minimal cost to me. Great job Willie! If I ever need a plumber again Meetze Plumbing is my go-to and I will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

Definitely not the cheapest game in town and they missed a few appointments but the service was excellent. The job was well done and all individuals I met with or dealt with were courteous and professional. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again soon but would certainly consider them depending on the job.

Todd came out to perform my yearly plumbing checkup. He was so nice and personable, I really enjoyed talking with him! These people are dreadful. They came out to repair two toilets in our home and thought it better to replace them at a cost of 900.00 each. It was a joke. I thought hello do I look like a fool? Trust me I'm not. I paid their service fee and gave them the boot. Lol NEVER!

Master Plumber Zach visited us to do a review on our plumbing and resolve some water pressure issues. He was very helpful in answering any and all questions, and readily provided reasonable quotes for potential improvements we asked him about without trying to oversell. We ended up doing none of the upgrades we talked about, but I know who I will reach out to if I ever need any plumbing done!

The technician was a actually a little early. I thought that alone was amazing. I also think it's a great idea that Meetze sends a text with the technician's photo. I do live alone and I think that safety procedure. The actual work was done in about an hour. Even with a service window of 3 hours you are usually an hour or two within that window before the technician arrives. The technician was respectful and didn't leave a mess. Thank you for great service. I will certainly recommend your company.

I called Meetze plumbing for an estimate to replace my main sewer line from the house to the city connect. The woman who answered the phone and booked my appointment was extremely sweet and friendly. They had one of their technicians, Coley, out to my house the next day. He arrived early (as planned/adjusted) was friendly, knowledgable and patient when my kids were.well.being kids. He had an estimate for me quickly and it was, I felt, competitive and fair. We ended up going with a different plumbing service only because of personal connections. Otherwise I would have been happy to have Meetze do the work.

From start (calling for help) to finish, I was handled professionally. There was very little delay in dispatching a technician and Josh/tech explained my problem and the best solution for me. Josh handled the repair expediently and in short order, my gas hot water heater was replaced, along with a couple of changes to bring everything back up to code. I would definitely recommend Meetze Plumbing, based on my experience.

Install a dish washer. They did a great job and were very nice and professional. The only issue I had was the price of the service, I supplied the dish washer and the parts they needed to install it and it took them less than an hour to install the dish washer and they charged me $452.00 before tax to complete the job. The invoice listed something they provided but I asked the guy did you use any of your own parts and they said no .

It seems like they are close in line for what other people charge though which I think is still price gouging. Less than an hour of work should not be $452.00 an hour for labor but I guess I'm just in the wrong buisness.

Our toilet chain stopped working and my roommate was traumatized when she had to reach in and pull the chain herself to flush. They were able to get someone out here the next morning. Was informed in multiple ways when the technician would be arriving and he was extremely prompt and got straight to work. Fixed multiple issues with our upstairs toilet in a quick and efficient manner. I will definitely be using this company again

First, my water heater died so I Googled plumbers. Based on some of the reviews I read on Meetze Plumbing, I felt confident enough to give them a try, so I made an appointment online. Prognosis, I needed a new water heater. I had no reservations about this since my old water heater was 20 years old. The technician gave me a verbal estimate for the new water heater. The next day, two technicians came and installed the new water heater, which was in the attic.

I believed them to be professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in what they were doing. They took their time to make sure the job was done right! However, when I received the paid receipt by email, there were no itemized prices to show how the estimate was determined. As a consumer, I would have liked to have known how much I paid for the new water heater, how much I was charged for labor, etc. Overall, my experience with Meetze Plumbing was good, and I would recommend their services.

Todd came the same day I called about our busted water heater to assess the situation. Since our water heater was beyond repair (as we had already assumed), Todd came up with a plan to replace our old water heater, as well as solve some other plumbing issues around old house, starting first thing the following morning. He showed up right when scheduled and worked for several hours until everything was fully resolved. We really appreciate his hard work in getting our home properly functioning again, better than when we bought it. He was also very kind and friendly to our toddler and dogs who were all big fans!

Had them out to solve a clogged drain. First guy was very diligent and worked hard to diagnose as drain problem caused by roots in underground line. Reasonable bill for this first phase. Next guy who came out declared roots not treatable by grinder and they would have to replace outside line to street for $5600.00. He used camera in line but said no video available for me to see roots. I declined this major work and expense and called another plumber, who used a grinder to eliminate roots, accessing the line through my toilet. Charge: $270.00. Even if roots come back after a year or two, I saved money big time, and who knows if it will be a problem later. I will not use Meetze again.

Wow! These guys are comfortable charging a lot of money. Maybe it's their pricing model, but $437 for a leaky shower is nearly insane. Now that they've cleared my service fee check, I see they're not even a local company. They are part of some large Kentucky holding mega Plumbing business! Who needs this at all? They could have used the uploaded video to diagnose the problem, but they wanted to charge the $49 service fee, and have the opportunity to look for problems with the hot water heater.

If we want to avoid runaway inflation, consumers need to push back against pricing that does not reflect value. These prices reflect the fact that they deal with people who are desperate or totally out of touch with the working class, not with the value of the services that they deliver.

Had Meetze tech come to my newly purchased condo to see if the plumbing was legal and up to par since there had previously been a lawsuit over the illegally plumbed condos when built. Meetze tech said it was illegal and they would need to tear out a wall and blah, blah, blah -- estimate $600.00. Then I got a City Inspector come take a look and he said the plumbing had already been corrected, was perfect and legal, nothing needed to be done. Meetze was going to rip me off for $600.00.

Jason and his partner were great! Very friendly and professional. I was curious about the test they were performing and Jason was very knowledgeable and willing to explain what the test does and why it's done. Meetze Plumbing was super responsive. I called near the end of the work day and they were able to schedule me for first thing the next morning! I definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs! Update: I'm a little bummed out.

I still meant everything in my review above and this part was because of my own stupidity. I should've asked how much they charged for the service I needed but I did not because several other companies charged charged a much less amount so I just assumed these guys did as well. My own fault BUT just a reminder to do research. I paid $178 for an annually required test that other companies charge $40 for with the same certifications and licensing:

I understand COVID is a problem. but it's been 3 months since they have ordered a handle for my toilet. I've inquired twice for an update and assured they would call back and I've never heard from them. I'm annoyed they have charged me for the entire job completion so they have their money as if they have done the job. I just would have appreciated an update.

We called because our dishwasher wasn't draining. Shephard came out and fixed it in no time. He was polite, courteous, and very obviously knew what he was doing. They charged us only for the house call on a Sunday no less. Others we has contacted were WAY more expensive. I have Meetze saved on our speed dial from now on.

Called the City regarding a suspected water leak, guy came out and found leak right at the meter, on my side! Called Meetze without having read reviews, they were very professional, prompt and "EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE ". Cost me over $700 for about $25 worth of PVC parts. Told them straight out, had I known the extent of repair I would have done job myself! Never again!

I had a leak in my front yard I discovered over the weekend. I left a message with the answering service and was called within the hour. The person who called was very courteous and helpful. Tony James came out to do the service. He was kind, courteous, hard working and very knowledgeable. He quickly found the leak and had me back up and running. I truly appreciate their courtesy and high end customer service. I would recommend them and use them in the future, especially if Mr. James was doing the service.

My 77yr old mother who has a service plan with Meetze had a small leak coming from connector and called them to take a look. The technician who came out gave her 5 estimates and recommendations. Priced from $155.89 to $812.67. Luckily I was in town visiting. Lowe's connector $4.90. Problem fixed. Do not appreciate this business trying to take advantage of an elderly woman. Very bad business!

A plastic piece of a mop is lodged in my brand new (less than 2 months old) toilet. I called to inquire; first to see if they perform these types of services (they do); second, for a price range. I was told "We don't give estimates over the phone and do not even have a price book. We want to be sure qualified plumbers are on the job and can help solve your plumbing problem." Did she think I wanted unqualified plumbers who could not solve my plumbing problem?

What kind of answer is that? Anyway. The very nice woman who answered the telephone then said it was $49 to come to my property. She said the worst case repair scenario is having to remove the toilet. I asked for a high-end price range on that service--again, I was told "we don't give those over the phone, hun." Have it your way, but that's a ridiculous way to conduct business. Clogged toilet owners beware--your time will get wasted here.
