I wouldn't trust anyone else. The previous plumber came in and quoted my husband a $7,000 repair. Mark came in and used a camera to show us what the problem was, and the cost was under $400. The other company was ready to completely rip us off. We are very appreciative of his honest, and good service. We no longer have a blockage in our sewer line.

Mark is AWESOME! Was referred to Pro Power by a friend. Recently had some work done on my house by another plumbing company and during that time my water heater started leaking. The other plumber quickly quoted a full replacement of the unit. The quote was VERY steep so I called Pro Power because of the great word of mouth reference I got from my friend. I'm VERY glad I did! Mark came out, fully assessed the situation and told me it wasn't the water heater, but the regulator for the house.

Mark replaced just regulator and saved me $1,900.00! It's great when you get to work with people who are honest, thoughtful and experts at what they do. My friends and family now know who to use for their plumbing needs. No one else touches my house when it comes to plumbing but these guys! Thank you again Mark and Pro Power Rooter.

He quickly got me scheduled each time and replaced a shower cartridge the first time, followed by an outside vacuum breaker this week. Mark saved our night! My friends and I are first time homeowners so finding a leaking PT valve and water damage was extremely distressing. Especially at 11:30 pm at night. I called five other "24 hour emergency" plumbers and none could come until the am or even a week later. Additionally they also refused to give quotes. We needed it fixed now due to the water damage and increased leaking causing mold/constant container dumping.

He was here within an hour and had it fixed/ready to go in less then an hour. He also gave an honest quote and it was one flat charge. No hidden fees or trickery. I used to have family members help me so moving from them was hard and I know I can count on mark now. I was also uncomfortable having someone in my home late as someone who usually has family help with maintenance but mark was friendly and I will 100% be contacting him again for all home plumbing needs and such. This company is amazing. We returned from a vacation to find our kitchen sink was now clogged. We called them and they were able to fit us on short notice. Mark arrived at the house a little later than usual but we were grateful to have him at the house no matter the time. He took one look at our clogged drain and jumped to the repair and fixed it in record time. We had a major leak at 7 PM on a Thursday. I called about five companies who claimed to operate 24/7. Mark was one of just two to respond, and the only one to do so in a timely manner. My mother is disabled and would have driven me crazy all night because she couldn't shower or use the bathroom. So for them to come out at midnight and unclog our drain was a blessing. The response was quick he was very friendly and professional. I'm definitely using this service from now on. I'm sure we will need them again. Just hopefully not in the middle of the night.

We had a great experience working with Pro power rooter, the plumber technician came right on time. His diligence and efforts to resolve our plumbing drain clog issue was greatly appreciated. He worked many hours until he was able to expose our problem and fix it. His services were provided on a late night evening which made his efforts even more appreciated since we could feel secure that we could use our shower the next morning with out any more problems, I would highly recommend Pro Power Rooter to my family and friends!
