They are an outstanding company. called them in a jam with an electrical issue they were prompt and here within an hour. As big as the job was they were very timely getting the parts needed and performing the job. Jeremiah Ricky Andrew and Shane were lifesavers for my business today and very professional. I needed emergency plumbing service for a broken water pipe underground near my water meter. They showed up on time and Joel was very professional and informative. He fixed the job right and showed me what he had done before backfilling the hole. A very pleasant experience for a very unpleasant situation.

I called them and was quoted $95 service call charge. The tech came out and couldn't find my septic tank after being at my home about an hour. I showed him the area where my tank is located. He didn't do anything other than probe the ground and started to dig 3 holes but said the ground was too hard. Ultimately he wanted to take my toilet up but that would cause a mess given the sewage was already backed up.
I told I didn't want that mess. He couldn't find it so my cost was $245. I asked about the cost and he said fuel charge and time. Alot of money for probing the ground. I had another company come out and I just told him what side of my house the tank was on and he found it within 10 minutes.

Ricky and Joel did an awesome job. Arrived within an hour of a phone call on a Saturday morning after our toilet had issues flushing. Turned out my daughter flushed a toy down there and they were able to get it out within 30 mins. Great prompt service and great price! Call them today.
