We called Robin's plumbing and were helped by Autumn and Damon. The whole process was very easy. Booking was smooth and they were flexibile with rescheduling due to me being sick. Once they were able to get in they did a great job diagnosing the issue with our tub and connecting us with the appropriate resources due to the extent of our plumbing issues. Autumn and Damon did a great job educating us on the issue, explaining our options, and reassuring us that it would be ok! I have been so pleased throughout this entire process with Robins. I knew my community had used them for some time, but I'd never personally needed them in my home until this week. Scheduling was easy and quick! Our service person, Nate, was honestly the best service provider we've had work on our home since we purchased. He was on time, so professional, did excellent work, patiently explained the entire process to us beforehand and during, so that we always knew exactly what was happening. Hopefully we never have to call about plumbing problems again, but if we do, we're going to call Robins (and definitely ask for Nate, too!).

We recently had a drainage issue in our main sewer line and Damon was dispatched less than an hour after calling Robins. He was able to get the line cleared quickly and for a fair price. He also discovered the source of the issue was collapsing Orangeburg piping in need of replacement (while he explained the how and why of the issue to me) and was able to quickly schedule excavation and replacement with PVC. Overall, fantastic service from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone!

Damon came out and gave me peace of mind. We experienced a small flood and found out my washing machine setup is due for an upgrade. I called Robin's Plumbing Inc on December 31st and they sent out their plumber an hour later. They sent out a nice, professional young man and his name is Damon. He is very professional and he identified the problem right away with their camera. He was done with unclogging our drain line in about half an hour. Their price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing problem. Yes, we will use this company again in the future.

We were selling our home and closing right after the holidays! Two very stressful things to do! We had a couple of things we wanted to get taken care of before we moved out for the new owners and it was very short notice! I called Robins and Kali answered, very detailed and accommodating! Alex their plumber was out next day promptly ( actually called and was early) and took care of everything we needed to get done! Alex was communicative, on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done with confidence and efficiency. I've pretty much decided that Robin's is my dedicated plumber. Damon has worked on almost every single plumbing issue we've had and has consistently done an outstanding job. Our house is one of those older properties where you never know what you'll find in terms of set-up or pipes. The last time was a drain issue that started this past weekend. I called their always reliable main number and he was there within 2hrs.

Not only did he return as many times as needed to complete the job, he was always on time, and always brought the enthusiasm. For me, a very stressful situation was made less so because I knew it was being handled.

I had a great experience with Robins Plumbing. Our plumber, Alex, arrived on time and was very professional and respectful. He was able to take care of the leak under my sink and replace the faucet very quickly. He id not make any kind of mess. I would again like to mention how kind Alex was. My new refrigerator arrived from Lowe's and they were unable to install it due to it lacking a shutoff valve. So, it was placed in a corner of my home. I called Robbins plumbing and Eddy came out later the same day. Although he didn't have the part on him, he shutoff the water at my main and placed my new fridge in its spot. This was key because I don't have an R/O system and I was counting on the filtered water from the fridge.

He returned a day later, added a new shutoff valve and took my old refrigerator out to the garage to move it out of my dining room. The water on tap was absolutely magical after a stressful move-in and I was incredibly grateful. Eddy was exceptional in every way that is hard to truly express. The work he did was solid.

Robins Plumbing are a great company to call out for your plumbing issues. They arrived on time, giving me prior notice that they were on their way and immediately got to work. They didn't try to oversell me anything. They actually charged me a lot less than I was expecting as my plumbing issue wasn't quite as severe as I'd anticipated. It's really nice to know that honest companies like this are still around. I highly recommend that you use these folks for your plumbing needs.

Our sewer sump pump had stopped working and the tank was overflowing. My home warranty wasn't t able to to have someone come out until the next day if not later, so I found Robins Plumbing who was able to come out the same day. I am giving them 4 starts simply because the pricing for the service fee (quoted on the phone) was not what I was charged when Nate arrived. I would have liked to been informed that the service fee (emergency) would not cover the diagnosis- Nate was professional and explained his findings- I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Our water heater broke and our home warranty company failed us. We were without hot water for nearly a week. We had to find somebody to help us fast! I saw that Robin's Plumbing had great reviews and gave them a call at 7 AM. They squeezed us in for the last appointment of the day and we had hot water again by 7 PM. GLORIOUS! They were incredibly friendly, kind, clean, reliable and we are so grateful!

They did good work and fast response. Unfortunately their price is way overpriced. They charged me $500 for a sink installation when a private plumber would have charged me $100. Parts they charged me for $100s of dollars can be found at home depot for less than $20 each. I ended up taking their service since my water was shut off, it was an emergency. Go with private plumbers. Furthermore, they entice their customers to give them good reviews online. That's why their rating is so high. Look elsewhere - this company is ripping people off.

Thank you Eddy for being so patient! Ironically, someone else had a plumbing service scheduled at the same time so the water for our complex was turned off. Eddy was able to chat with the other plumber and worked side by side with him to address our issues while the water kept getting turned on and off. Overall, Eddy was super helpful as he provided instructions for replacing our old 2008 water heater and swapped out our old garbage disposal for a new one!
