They came out today and did excellent work. Didn’t rush their time here and addressed a number of issues we had from replacing a kitchen faucet and the on/off valves, replacing a utility sink, and repairing a shower leak that another plumber said they couldn’t repair. John and his work partner got a lot done! Even noticed a corroded valve on our hot water heater and replaced it likely saving us a lot of heartache later. I was impressed and very happy with their work.

Peter, the Serviceman was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Peter worked non-stop to access and fix the plumbing problem. Freeman’s is fortunate to have Peter. Will recommend Freeman’s to others.

I had a leak from both my bathrooms from the drain behind the walls. I found it when I detect water in my hall squirting from the boards and under the vanity Chase and Jessie came in and fixed the problem in 3 hours, cleaned it all and fixed the holes. Freeman’s is the best

I have never had such fine service. Chase was very polite and efficient. He explained everything and the alternatives to each part of the problem of our bathroom drain. After completion he even cleaned up the area! That is a first in the 40 years we have been in this house! I have finally found my plumber!

Appreciate the speed at which they responded to our plumbing issue. It was a slab leak and when all was said and done, with 2 holes having been jack-hammered into the slab, the leak fixed and the holes filled, it was far FAR less than I'd anticipated!

We had a plumbing issue where we had to turn off our water and stay in a hotel. The next morning, my husband called them and they were there before 11 AM. They are professional and courteous. They fixed the problem and we get to sleep at home tonight!

OPAL Softwash provides the most thorough cleaning that can be done hands down. There are seriously too many benefits to list here, so just call Randall so he can take care of it. Once cleaned you can see the true condition of the exterior. We use him, our parents use him, the list is growing. If you care about the condition of your home then you're going to want Opal.

Opal Industries cleaned the exterior of my home, the gutters as well as the sidewalks and curbs and the travertine front porch and back patio. Randall McLelland, the owner, personally cleaned the exterior garage wall where I have 4 trellises with climbing roses. This wall had been stained by the spray material I have to use on the roses. He was so incredibly careful to not harm the roses and miraculously removed all the stains.

The wall and trellises look brand new! Kenny, the gentleman that performed all the other cleaning, was also extremely careful and did a fabulous job on the exterior of the house, the gutters and all the flat surfaces. These folks are incredibly kind and extremely professional. They truly care about the job they do and are intent on making sure their clients are satisfied and happy with their results.

It was an absolute pleasure working with both Randall and Kenny and I would highly recommend Opal Industries to anyone who needs their home's exterior cleaned. They also specialize in roof cleaning which I did not require because my roof is relatively new. I really can't say enough good things about this company, the results and the gentlemen I was fortunate to meet and work with.
