Drain Clearing
Our drain clearing service removes clogs and blockages using advanced hydro jetting and mechanical methods. We address grease buildup, root intrusions, and debris accumulation in residential and commercial drainage systems. Technicians utilize high-pressure water jetting equipment to restore optimal flow rates while preventing future obstructions through comprehensive pipe cleaning.
Sewer Pipe Repair
We specialize in sewer pipe diagnostics and repairs using trenchless technology and traditional excavation methods. Our team addresses root infiltration, pipe fractures, and joint failures through pipe relining, section replacement, or complete system upgrades. Video camera inspections ensure accurate problem identification before implementing durable, code-compliant solutions.
Emergency Plumbing
Available 24/7 for urgent plumbing issues including burst pipes, severe leaks, and sewer backups. Our rapid response team arrives equipped to handle water damage mitigation, pipe freezing emergencies, and critical system failures. We prioritize immediate problem containment followed by permanent repairs to minimize property damage and operational disruption.
Video Pipe Inspection
Our video pipe inspection service utilizes fiber optic cameras to diagnose underground plumbing issues without destructive excavation. This technology locates blockages, identifies pipe damage, and assesses system integrity with precision. Inspections help plan repairs, verify post-service quality, and detect potential problems in sewer lines, drain systems, and water supply pipes.
Water Heater Services
We provide comprehensive water heater solutions including installation, repair, and maintenance for traditional tank and tankless systems. Our technicians address temperature fluctuations, pressure issues, and efficiency problems while offering energy-saving upgrade recommendations. Services extend equipment lifespan through regular maintenance and prompt malfunction resolution.

I had the water main/line to my home replaced. The experience was everything you want from a contractor. They were easy to contact. The work was quickly arranged. The price was reasonable and clear. Then good quality work was done, professionally, on time and at the quoted price.

They replaced the sewer line at my rental home a couple of years ago and in early 2021 replaced the sewer line at our Annapolis home. Great job. Crew was very professional and cleaned everything up. Spent the time to make sure the straw was put down correctly. Service: Sewer cleaning

These guys were subbed out by the company we have an HVAC contract with so there wasn't any institutional history with them, and that meant we weren't negotiating any prices because of any long-standing maintenance policies. That said, they were willing to work with us a bit on price, but more so, the plumber they sent out (Kenny) was very professional and able to fix our problem. He had that good balance between wanting to get the work done and not wanting to rush through it, which meant he solved the issue correctly and completely. So all in all, thumbs up.

Overall the experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing was outstanding. Same day service; professional installer who worked fast and efficiently. My only confusion was when calling what I thought was a local Manchester location (definitely a Carroll County exchange) in order to support our local businesses I reached a general scheduling service. The installer that came to the house was not from Manchester despite being told by the scheduling service that is who would be doing the work. Still a great experience.

(I thought I had already done this but want to be acomodating to this company!) I was pleased with my service! I had a clogged drain under my kitchen sink and a service call was scheduled. I was notified when workers would arrive, and when they did- both were polite, friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and fix it without any mess remaining.
