I've now seen Jesse twice and what a great experience! He is patient, kind and a real professional. Jesse was here for me both times I called. Both times He showed up exactly when promised - both times the same day with in 30 minutes. He took care of the problem and explained what he was doing. It was an experience, first having to do this ever. This young man was great. Whatever was stopping the tank up, disappeared when the lid opened, that was great. So Jesse I think that was his name, fixed the commode in my bathroom by putting in a new seal. Did a great job. Except for the door slamming.

This has been an outstanding experience! Chris and Joe did a great job of diagnosing the source of our problem and they took care of it.
