When we responded to a TV ad special for $99 to clean and service our AC unit we expected the usual bait and switch or upsell of unnecessary repairs. We were completely wrong and very impressed with this company. They did a very thorough and excellent job. We ended up signing up for the service contract at $19.a month and it has been the best investment for our home. They have came out three times since then and Star Wars our air conditioner, checked our plumbing, and their employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend these people.

Marco came out for an emergency repair after 9 pm and did a great job. Very diligent even late in the evening.

Kenneth works for On time Expert he came out and did my annual checkup and he was awesome!!!

Dominick was a very pleasant young man who did a very thorough job of my spring inspection.

We have been members with On Time Experts for a long time. So when we started having AC troubles, we called them to come out. George & Cody showed up ON TIME!!! They were very professional, helpful, and competent. They checked out the entire system, they took lots of pictures of our units, and guided us through our options to fix the problem. We most likely will have to install a new system, but the nice thing was that we were able to have a video call with the sales guy Brad. He was able to show us exactly what we were looking at, with a breakdown of the costs for parts and labor, got info for our tax rebate, and talked us through the finance options. Overall a 5 star experience. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Service from The On Time Expert Air Conditioning Technician and His Team.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an AC technician/Manager George and his group of trainees-Logan and Koby, and I couldnt be more impressed. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were knowledgeable, professional, and committed to getting the job done right.

The lead technician/manager George, was not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. He took the time to educate both me and his trainees, ensuring they understood each step of the process while maintaining excellent service and efficiency.

The trainees were attentive, respectful, and eager to learn. Under the guidance of their mentor/manager, they worked together seamlessly and handled everything with care.

Its rare to see such a strong mix of experience, professionalism, and mentorship in one visit. I highly recommend this team George, Koby and Logan for anyone needing AC services. Youll not only get quality work but also support the development of the next generation of top-tier technicians.

We had an amazing experience with On Time Experts from being recognized as a military veteran across the board to the true professionalism, attention to detail, and explaining at every step. No price gauging or forced services or products. Just exactly what was needed for our home. Thanks to George, Cody and Logan for the super in home support. Sometimes it is better to judge a company by how it responds to a problem than judging it by the problem alone. As such I am retracting my review below. I was contacted by On Time Experts after my review. The gentlemen who called me was professional and willing to do what ever it took to make up for the problem I had. He listened to my complaints and made no excuses. He thanked me for my input and told me changes would be made. He made some concessions and promises which I believe he will keep. The entire incident was handled professionally and well. So, I'm still a customer.

This was my first and last encounter with OnTime Experts. They purchased the company from whom I purchased my AC last summer. (Dring Heating and AC) A great company. I had an appointment for service today. I was told the technician would be at my home between 12 and 4 pm. At 4:15, no technician l, no phone call. I called OnTime. I was told my technician was busy, and it would be another 30 or 35 minutes. Or I could reschedule. The customer service individual was rude and not interested in helping. I told her to cancel the appointment, and she hung up on me. Needless to say, I will be looking for a new AC company. OnTime needs to realize they are not more important than their customers. We have the money.

Marco, with On Time Experts was amazing! Super efficient, and he explained everything along the way. He had a very long day, and was at our home until 8:00 pm. That really speaks volumes about his work ethic and character. Most people would have rescheduled for another day. He showed up with a smile on his face, and did an amazing job!

Dominic is an asset to your company... He was thorough, polite, and professional. He explained everything in a way that I could understand which I appreciated a great deal. I would wholeheartedly recommend the On Time Experts to anyone looking for an HVAC company.

Had a great experience with On Time Experts. Dom was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on with my system. He recommended a start kit after replacing my compressor, and it made total sense once he walked me through the numbers. I appreciated the honesty and the quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend!

I'm happy with the service but the time waiting is what I find unacceptable. We were told someone would be here between 9am and 1pm. At 2pm, someone finally arrives. It is 6pm and our technician, George, is still here. He found repairs that our unit needed so I understand the extra time. I had to finally cancel our Sunday afternoon plans. I explained my concerns with George and he was unaware how long we had been waiting. It seems there needs to be better communication between the dispatcher and the technician. For a business named On Time Experts, they should concentrate more on their name. Perhaps more technicians in the field or schedule less appointments in the day. Regarding George, we are very impressed with his HVAC knowledge, he was personable and he took the time to explain to us how our unit worked, the repairs it needed and the cost. Thank you George.

Marco from On Time Experts came today for a Spring air conditioning and heating check. As usual, he did an outstanding job. No other company is as thorough as On Time Experts. They check every little thing, including disassembling the fan cage and housing for a thorough fan cleaning and taking apart the outdoor coil housing for a complete coil washing. Ask the other companies if they do all that. They dont. On Time Experts is uniquely excellent in North Texas. They are truly on time and technicians like Marco are a pleasure to have in your home. Finally, On Time Experts never tries to se lol you a new system or maintenance you dont need. We are customers for life.

My service technician came out earlier than expected he was very neat and well groomed not to mention he had the coolest smile he also had unlimited knowledge of product and operations he did a fabulous job cleaning the interior and exterior of the AC unit he immediately recognized a small problem that

couldve turned into a huge problem and made the adjustment at a very reasonable cost I must say we are very very pleased you made our holiday weekend stress free and safe . Thank you good people.

Dominic was the technician that came out. Was very professional and knowledgeable. Bernie came out to do annual maintenance. He explained what exactly what he was there to do. He properly cleaned inside the blower housing and took the time to remove all the leaves from inside outdoor unit. I will ask for Bernie as my preferred tech every time.

Angel is amazing! Just had OTE come out for routine maintenance and Angel was very thorough and professional. He was very patient, answering every question. He wasnt in a rush to hurry and complete the job, he took his time leaving my unit immaculate. Highly recommend OTE, and Angel for the tech! Thank you!

I really love using On Time Experts. As there name states they always on time. Kevin was the plumber they sent out to assist me in the leak under my kitchen sink. He had great customer service and was quick in getting the work done. I appreciate his help and he let me know everything before he proceed. I definitely recommend On Time Expert!!

We had a great experience with the technician coming in and diagnosing the problem with our water heater, she was quick and efficient. Only thing I would caution others on is the pricing, the quote to replace our water heater was DOUBLE from several other companies in the area. We ended up not going with this company- so just beware of pricing and get multiple quotes

George of OTE arrived exactly when he was scheduled. He was professional and courteous. George diagnosed the issue with my heating system, fixed the problem, and made sure the system continued to function properly. He provided excellent service.

Kevin arrived at my home on time and with a smile. Kevin got to work immediately checking all parts of my water heater to ensure that we had no leaks. Kevin also went into the attic and checked the gas lines for my furnace to give me peace of mind that there was no additional concerns. The on time experts have exceeded my expectations above and beyond I will recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Audi came to my house even when I did not reply to the message (fell asleep). He was friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. I will likely need to replace cast iron piping, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgable about that, too. He is a good man and deserves a raise! Send him next time, too!

Let me first state that my electric bills have become outrageous in the last couple of years. And my system hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. Professional, punctual and helpful describes the young techs that cleaned and analyzed my systems. They identified issues with carbon monoxide production which I didn't know was happening. My AC system was old enough to no longer receive Freon servicing without costing me a lot of money and was using extra electricity.

This answers my first statement. Bottom line, I had a new system installed the next day. Service was incredibly awesome. I'm glad I finally made the decision to have my system cleaned. This company explained everything in detail and I never felt pressured to purchased anything. They are now my go to company!

Our repairman, Gilbert, was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained what he was going to examine. Then, he went down the tasks lists and kept us informed. When his evaluation was complete, he discussed the results, made suggestions according to his company guidelines, and asked if we had any questions or concerns. Gilbert was efficient and did a thorough review. I would recommend his company to my friends and family.

The service text was very professional and knowledgeable. He should me what he was doing and explain everything. This is the kicker he asked me if he could do anything for me, like move anything or help me with anything. I have never experienced anything like that. Dominic was awesome!

On-Time Experts always do an amazing job! They are professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Today is plumbing preventative maintenance which includes checking all faucets for leaks, any potential plumbing issues, and they flushed my water heater; we have hard water in this area and there was a build-up.

The on time experts came out and swapped out both of my toilets. Joe and Christian did an amazing job. Couldn't be any more satisfied. Great guys and great work. The service I received today was legendary.

George and Gilbert came to do a routine maintenance and got my AC / heat pump working better. The cleaned and fixed everything and replaced a capacitor that was going bad. On Time Experts were professional, fast, and provided the best service I've ever had from any repair company. I had my a/c go down on Thursday night. They were able to send a tech out an hour after calling. He was professional, diagnosed the problem immediately, and was able to get me back up and running shortly. I have an older unit so he was honest about potential issues I may face in the future and did a great job explaining everything. Couldn't recommend enough.

My husband and I own a Roofing and Construction company and have our own contractors that we use for HVAC issue when roofing however I have been so impressed the On Time Experts that I called them and have been pleased with their service. On Tine Experts calls me when it's time for a check up on our units and reminds me 2 times a year. Wow their customer service is way above and beyond.

Collin came out to the rescue, very knowledgeable and straightforward. Unfortunately, we had to get a entire new AC unit.! He got the process started and made us feel at ease. My air conditioning went out this morning, so I called my home warranty company and they said it would be 3 - 4 days before they could come. I remembered On Time Experts add and called them. They sent a tech in 45 mins. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He explained how everything works and what we needed. I highly recommend and wouldn't call anyone else. I signed up for their membership too that has great benefits!

I had a drain line clog in my washer line. Alex R. Came out. Got to my house in less than an hour. He was super professional. Explained everything along the way, best plumbing experience I've had by far, no comparison. Once he got that taken care of, he took a look at my water hose line that had busted and recommended replacement options for that as well. Will definitely be going forward with Alex and the on-time experts from now on for all of my plumbing needs.

These guys fixed out unit after 7 pm which is rare. Jarod and Nick showed and they were professional and quick. Jarod figured out the issue in less than 5 minutes. Jarod explained what went wrong and also how things work just in case. 11/10 work.
