John Fox replaced a shut off valve inside my house that was not shutting off the water all the way. It was still leaking water into my sprinkler system outside. He replaced the shut off valve in no time but he suggested that I have the sprinkler company come out again and re-blow out my sprinklers because water had gotten into the system again. I would have never thought to do that. Things would have been a real mess in my yard come spring if he had not suggested I do that! Thank you John!

DJ Danboise came referred to my from a friend and I reached out via the web on a Sunday afternoon expecting a call back some time Monday. I got a call back like 25 minutes later and I was scheduled for when I needed them. I needed a cast iron toilet flange installed on my existing toilet drain pipe. It wasn't a standard install. First tech (younger guy) wasn't sure they could do it. His supervisor took over the job and had it done in about an hour or so (including him going to get the parts).
Clean job, friendly, punctual, helpful, etc. They're a bit more expensive than just a one off plumber or the "guy" everyone knows when they've "got a guy" but you're paying for professionalism and quality. I'll definitely call them again.
