I would recommend this place hands down. I called four different plumbing companies that were rated 4.8 and above (the other companies must have a lot of friends that give them reviews). Straightshooter is the only one that called me back. I had a no freeze yard faucet that started running water on a weekend with cold and snow coming. Rick was amazing, he knew exactly what to do. The weekend extra rate was well worth it. This company is in my contacts list forever! Thank you, thank you! You all ROCK!

Straight shooter plumbing was so awesome! They came out right away and were so thorough with their investigation. They were kind and honest and I was so surprised about what an amazing deal it was! I recommend straight shooter plumbing 100%!

Straight Shooter is very detail oriented and the service was friendly and very well installed. The plumbing was installed beautifully and he provided information answering my questions and gave me suggestions on other issues. I am extremely happy with the service an the rates are reasonable. I plan on using their services again in the near future, I highly recommend their service.

Had a plumbing leak from a broken circ pump. This company was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication, polite and professional employees, always on time and always clean up at the end of the day when done. Would definitely refer them to friends and use again in the future. Thank you Straight Shooter crew for the great job at our place. :

When you have a backed up kitchen sink everything stops. Of course it always happens on a weekend. We contacted Straight Shooter Plumbing on Sunday and they scheduled us for the next day. We called them because we had called them once before to replace a broken hot water tank (on a weekend) and it was a very good experience. They arrived on time and got straight to work. We had a plugged drain on a sink with a garbage disposal.

During inspection it was determined the clog was indeed inside the disposal and the guys were able to clean it out and get the whole thing working again. Both guys were very professional courteous and took great care to keep everything clean and dry. I was extremely happy with the quick response, the work performed and the fair pricing. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumber!

Rick Powell was very knowledgable and helpful. Shovelers were quite slow. Repair was done professionally by Mr. Powell.

His team Nick, Jacob, Sean, Cody, and Steve were hard workers and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I had a hot water replaced and added a soft water filter system. Called on Monday, work done by Friday. Highly recommend!

Came to evaluate issue over weekend. Unable to resolve immediatly so did not charge weekend surcharge. Fixed in timely fashion once parts were available! So thankful for quick help as water had to be turned off until issue was fixed. Guys were friendly and professional! So easy to work with Steve, Thanks! Had to come back for an issue that was not done correctly. Came quickly.

Nick came out for clogged kitchen plumbing, but we found out the plumbing was in worse shape than it should have been in. He was able to come back out the next day and replace the whole line for a very fair price. The job was left spotless as well when they left even with removing some of the drywall. Will definitely recommend Straight Shooter to anybody looking for a great plumber.

Working with Steve and Nick was a pleasure. They were clear about the solution to the problem I had here, told me what to expect and delivered. No surprises. Their work was clean, and when they were done left no trace/cleanup. I highly recommend them if you are in need. I've dealt with enough contractors in my life to know when you find a great one, you grab onto them and don't let them go. They have a customer for life with me.

We used Steve and his team at Straight Shooter Plumbing and Repair on a new build. He coached us through different options of what to install based on what we wanted. We would have been lost without him. Extremely high-quality work and took the extra time to go above and beyond. He is well aware of the temperature ranges we handle out in Athol, and we now feel very confident we have the plumbing we need to support our household for the future. Thank you

Great service by friendly and skilled technicians. I had a broken flange and couldn't install the new toilet. SSP removed and replaced the bad flange. Then installed the new toilet. High quality work and done quickly with a thorough cleaning up after work when done with job. Highly recommend!

These guys were amazing! Fair price and quality work. Even helped me turn off the water on a Saturday to my place when I went on vacation because I was worried about a leak. Were quick to deal with hiccups with my outdated and small heater and were totally calm and professional every step of the way. Never uncharged me or tried to sell me more then what they needed too. Highly would recommend these guys and will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Quick version: Steve and Straight Shooter Plumbing were responsive, thorough, professional and so knowledgeable. We were able to witness this in both an emergency situation and in a later repair visit. We have officially found our family plumber! : ---------- We found Steve and Straight Shooter Plumbing when our back was against a wall with a leak/small flood one morning. Our usual local plumbing company couldn't get out for an extended period of time and time was of the essence.

After a quick call explaining our situation, Steve not only made it out quickly, but helped us get a mitigation team deployed and kept up communication throughout the process. Post mitigation process we had Steve and Nick back out to fix a few issues that had been uncovered and they did an incredible job. They were communicative, conscientious, honest and thorough. This uniquely quirky house gave them a challenge and they were able to remove a disgusting RO system, repipe under our sink and solve a couple other issues. Give them a call!

The owner Steve came out to my house when I had a leak in the wall. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue within the hour. Very happy to have found my permanent plumber Service:Plumbing pipe repair

Steve, with Straight Shooter Plumbing, does excellent work! Plus, he is very nice and professional which is equally important. He was very prompt when our water restoration project manager (JJ with AllKlean) reached out to him. He came right over and helped fix a couple leaks under our sink. He fully replaced the pipes and valves. After completing the repair, we explained we'd like to consider having him back to help with some other projects.

He gave us estimates on upgrades like moving our water shut off valve to the garage and adding a water filtration system and or a water softener. He can also extend our bathroom from one sink bowl to two sink bowls. Both of these would be lovely upgrades. I'd highly recommend Steve to help you with your plumbing needs! Great guy and great service.

We strongly recommend Steve at Straight Shooter. Steve and Ann, CDA
