Very positive experience. Was given a time slot of 8-10 and received a text at 7:50 that Chad was on the way. We had a slow kitchen drain. 2 others guys had looked at it and wouldn't touch it since the pipes are old. Although Chad was hesitant, he took on the job and was able to clear the drain quickly and without any issues. Cleaned up and double and triple checked that all was ok.

2nd time using Hansen. Fast, reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. Took care of the problem and didn't try to upsell anything additional. Also took extra trip to get part and install so I didn't have to. We will keep calling them for future needs.

As a condo owner a state away I was looking for good local plumber. I called Hansen first. The contractor was easy to contact during after hours with the answering service, clearly documenting information. I received an early appointment the very next morning. Technician was on site by 8 AM. I received a text prior to his departure. Once on site the communication with technician regarding repairs and the cost was clearly stated. Technician clearly communicated the status of the repair after completion.

Service repair was quick (as expected) Cost was reasonable. I received an email copy of the invoice immediately after. Myself being a 20 year commercial service technician I can appreciate the level of service, punctuality and communication that I received for this repair. Thank you

I had a Frankenstein looking plumbing setup for my backyard hose. It was a dumpster fire and wasn't a good situation. In addition- when I had my pool auto-fill installed a few years ago- it was plumbed into a hot water line by some random company. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mark from Hansen Family Plumbing. What a great guy. He saw the problem and offered a great solution at a very fair price.

In addition- Mark went out of his way to help secure some pipes to my wall- when that wasn't part of his problem today. He just saw it wasn't done (and I was clueless) and took care of it. I'm so excited to have an amazing plumbing referral in the event something goes bad. Run- do not walk, to get Hansen Family to your spot. The quality and craftsmanship is second to none. In the fall I'm looking forward to Mark installing a new tankless water system.

I had Hansen come out and install a new built-in bidet toilet. Their customer service and timely response out the gate were much appreciated when I was getting quotes for the service, and they were also the lowest price in the area relative to the other quotes I received. They had a tech come out, review my supply line and the new toilet, then they wrote a quote to install the bidet toilet. The install process was a bit bumpy, the technician that arrived was not aware that it was a bidet toilet due to a miscommunication in their scheduling system it appears, and he was not very familiar with that style of toilet.

The install was left somewhat incomplete, however once I brought up my concerns to the office, the project manager at Hansen contacted me, made things right for the inconvenience, and also got a tech to come out quickly to finish the job. Good recovery.

Hansen Family Plumbing & Air, through their honesty and integrity, just saved me $6000 in a necessary repairs. Another plumbing company came out and had told me that my water heater was completely shot and needed to be changed ASAP. He also convinced me to switch to a tankless system. The quote I was given was $6100, and this other technician told me that my tank could go any day now. The next day I called Hansen Family Plumbing & Air for a second opinion.

The Hansen technician, Mark, came in And diagnosed the problem. He charged me $350 for a simple fix on the system that now should last another 3 to 4 years. He could've easily made something up and charged me more. Instead, he was completely honest, and now has earned my business for life. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs

1/31/24 UPDATED REVIEW -- Almost 2 years later from my last review and I needed plumbing assistance with my guest room toilet this time. Robert came out again from Hansen Family Plumbing and again I am totally pleased with service, pricing and speed in getting a brand new toilet. My bathroom counter configuration was difficult and Robert was skillful and efficient in finding, ordering and installing the toilet under the counter -- all with a friendly smile!

I will definitely call Hansen again if & when I need plumbing help again! Robert was friendly, informative, trustworthy and efficient. Garbage disposal fixed and working beautifully-- also appreciated tips on how to clean and keep it working! Highly recommend both Robert and this company!

We recently had the water heater in our home replaced by Hansen Family Plumbing. Our Technician, Robert, was fantastic. Robert came to our home and recommended the size and type of water heater we needed. The water heater was professionally installed and we are very pleased with the level of service. Robert also did some under-the-kitchen sink plumbing work for us while he was here to fix a problem we were having with our sink drain. We highly recommend Hansen Family Plumbing.

Preston Mitchell-Brooks just replaced my toilet and drained my hot water heater. He was efficient, professional, obviously takes pride in his work and in addition, pleasant and easy to deal with! Hansen Family Plumbing has been out several times in the last few years and has been great. They now offer AC and heating service and I am switching over after eight years with a different company.

A friend recommended Hansen Family Plumbing for a minor toilet clog and the service was great from start to finish! From the customer service call with Lily (can't recall), follow up text messages, to Preston showing up on time to resolve my issue, everything went smoothly. Preston fixed our toilet clog with a simple diagnosis, educating me through each step and providing me with options. I appreciated his honest opinion, expertise, and speed of resolution. Who thought one would feel good about calling a plumber!? You made it on our recommendation list and we'll use you again.

I had JERRY come out to evaluate our hot water & recirculating pump system. His competence and experience really served us well. He found a small amount of water in the heater pan, felt it was a lower tank failure and called Rudd and got authorization for a warranty water heater replacement which he completed. We also needed to replace 3 faucets in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen which he and Dillon did a couple days later.

During the bathroom install he determined the drain provided by the manufacturer was unacceptable and went and got new parts to ensure our glass sink would be secured and properly drain (something I do not think the average plumber would do). Jerry saved us a lot of money by handing the water heater replacement and showed his personal pride in doing the job right by installing new faucets correctly and going the extra mile with the drains using quality parts at a very reasonable price.

If we were good friends and you asked me who to call for AC repairs, I'd say Hansen. Since we haven't met, I'm letting you know Hansen is the AC company to call. Highly recommend. Both my AC units had problems within two months of each other and Hansen was there the next day, on time, and had both up and running. One even went out the night before my daughters wedding with her and seven ladies showing up at 7:30 am the next morning. Tech was there at 7am and fixed by the time all arrived! Both times the Tech was professional, friendly, and educated me on what the problems were and what need fixing. So again, highly recommend.

Our plumber, Mark, came on Saturday to fix an interior leak in a copper water line. He was punctual, pleasant and professional. Knocked the repair out quickly and cleaned up both his mess and the one I made cutting out the drywall earlier! Pricing seems fair without a Saturday surcharge. Communication from the company was spot on! I will definitely use Hansen Plumbing in the future!

Hansen Family Plumbing could not have been better. Very responsive- I had a rough quote and a free diagnostic visit scheduled within a day. Both technicians we dealt with were excellent- friendly and super thorough. And to top it off their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

5 out of 5 compliments! Yesterday I had a 1995 shower faucet where the handle just kept spinning. Upon discovery I read through the Yelp reviews of Hansons Family Plumbing and was impressed with their ad and great comments of praise. I called and was immediately greeted with "what can we can help you with?" I was impressed that someone picked up the phone! I made arrangements for an estimate for the shower repair and a dripping faucet.

She had an opening for the NEXT morning. The very pleasant young man reviewed the concern and said I can repair all now if you'd like. He had to go to the supply house and would be right back. 30 min or so later he did, repaired all and we couldn't be more impressed. I will use Hanson again and We strongly recommend this company!
