I called and explained that the drain needed to be snaked. I called at 7:30 and the service guy arrived around 8:40 and the job was completed by 9:20. I am pleased with how fast they were, and if you have an after-hour emergency they will respond quickly.

We had a persistent leak that had resulted from improvements done by our Water Utility. The water pressure in our house went sky high, and this provoked the persistent leak I called Pine Creek Plumbing and they came on Tuesday morning. The plumber, Colin Gregory, was superbly professional, highly capable, and unfailingly congenial and informative. He completely solved the problems, and did so at a reasonable price. From here on, Pine Creek Plumbing are my go to Plumbers!

My husband and I recently had a leak on coming from our hot water tank. It wasnt an emergency, but Jason and his team went above and beyond for us and had it fixed within 24 hours of us calling them! I also wanted to mention how lovely the young lady who answered our phone call was! Her name was Melissa and she handled our call like we were family! I highly recommend pine creek plumbing for all plumbing needs. They are extremely professional, nice, and do amazing work!

My property management company hired them, but pine creek plumbing was efficient and kind, and answered all my questions respectfully. We had a pipe leak and they came out the same night, and then came back asap after the weekend to fix our shower handle. After repairs, everything was cleaned and put back in its original spot!

Very professional treatment. I had a gas line for a dryer replaced earlier in the week and called them back out for a leaky toilet later the same week. Both times they responded promptly, showed up when they said they would, and most importantly fixed both problems the first time for a very reasonable price. Can't recommend them enough.

Started using Pine Creek Plumbing last year and found them to be efficient, and they do quality work. Minus 1 star b/c their prices have started to climb, and their (full) hourly rate is consumed in the first 30 minutes as well. This makes jobs 1.5 times more expensive for the first hour of labor. So basically, what you are charged is significantly higher than the hourly rate advertised.

Very responsive; got an appointment for next day service. Toilet was repaired well, but I took one star off for our plumber not cleaning the toilet well after service as well as not clamping the chain back onto our new toilet handle. (I only found that out after the toilet did not flush properly later that night. I had to twist/tighten it up myself.)

After waiting for three days for my old plumber and then having him text me that he couldn't come and to get someone else to fix the leak in the ceiling in my laundry room, I called Pine Creek Plumbing and they came immediately even if it was now on a Sunday morning and the pipe had been leaking for 4 days. The work was done quickly and professionally. The young man doing the repair was extremely knowledgeable and was respectful of surroundings. Very very pleased with service on all levels.

If I ever need a plumbing company I will call Pine Creek Plumbing and I will ask for Sam. I'm dealing with pinhole leaks from hard water. (West View Water, Ross Township) will be pulling out copper and replacing with PEX. They came for an estimate and pointed out some immediate critical work, what could wait and what was ok to leave as-is. Honest. My Critical work was done same day. On the schedule for the rest. Thanks guys. I slept well knowing I wasn't going to be ripping down another part of my house again!
