Great service from Jon Smith of Alpha and Omega plumbing. They were very fast in scheduling service for me and very prompt when arriving at the scheduled time. Jon was quickly able to resolve the problem and was very professional and courteous. I have used Alpha and Omega before and the service has always been great. Technician showed up on time even a few minutes early. Time on the job slightly exceeded estimate however, the estimate was honored, Plus a few bucks for parts which we anticipated. Overall great experience. Technician, Jon Smith, is friendly and communicated progress throughout the job. I would use and recommend this company again.

Jon from Alpha & Omega Plumbing came to our home immediately after hearing of a cracked water pipe under our home. We were leaving in a couple hours for a mini vacation. He fixed it within 2 hours! He explained and showed us the damaged parts and gave us a status report of the plumbing under our home. He was confident, kind and professional. He saved our trip and did a great job!

Jon S. went above and beyond (literally on the roof!) to fix a blocked sink. The vent pipe had been stuffed with acorns by woodpeckers blocking the drain. Jon kept at it with different ideas until he got it flowing again. Highly recommend. Have always found A&O to have really good and capable staff. So why call anywhere else? Five s.

Charlie was so helpful trying to find the right water heater for my needs and finding the best deal to save me money. Anthony installed the tankless water heater to replace our 26yr old water heater. He was very professional, fast and clean. Very impressive work. This is only the company after talking to many, you know that they are honest and wouldn't take advantage of your situation. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

One of my neighbors recommended this local family operation, and I am pleased to report that the quality of response and care and service was exceptional. You do not have to talk to a series of folks who send out one of dozens of unknown and perhaps unqualified workers, but instead will speak to a member of the family; Charlie Ford took my call, was honest about the best time for a visit (which was not an emergency) and personally followed up on all concerns I had about the repair and replacement.

These guys are wonderful! They cleared out our pipe blockage and even located and dug open the septic tank to see if it was a contributing factor. Within one hour after arriving, they had everything back in place, and not only was our problem solved, but we knew that our septic system was in good shape. I was relieved to deal with such honest and decent people. When we used to live in Rocklin, it was one rip-off after another when it came to plumbers. I'm glad to know Alpha & Omega here in Red Bluff.

Larry and Charlie did a great job of replacing my leaking gas lines and installing a new water heater and installing new drainage pipes and an upgraded vent for it. They charged a fair price. I have used Larry Ford as my plumber for years and he's always been honest and reasonably priced. His son Charlie takes after him, and they give good advice to save you money too.

Today was the second time i have used Alpha & Omega Plumbing. The first time was a couple of years ago, for a leaking toilet. They are fabulous! Today they installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a leaking faucet and changed out a hose bib. Father and son are both so kind and friendly. And reasonably priced!
