From the promptness on the phone, too the hand shake and hug at the end of the project......one of the best service experiences ever! Michael was not only professional, but extremely kind and helpful. His communication skills made us not only understand the issue, but he was able to put us at ease knowing that he wasn't going to leave us until the issue was resolved. First they answered my phone call, not a recording. Mike arrived at 9:30. Quick response! Was very professional and really checked the problem out for the best way to fix my pipe. He did a great job. Mike was polite and professional and explained in detail what he thought needed to be done. The cost to do the work was not far off from what I had estimated as being reasonable (to me) but I anticipated it being more than my guess-timate, so the final cost was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the work done because my water main shutoff got buried when my street was repaved. Mike explained what I needed to do to get the local water authority to fix that problem so we could proceed on another day. I was pleased (again) to hear that the price wouldn't change despite a second service call being necessary. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

I called one morning for an issue with my non-stop running toliet that was actually whistling like a tea kettle when the tank was filling. They came within two hours! Removed and Replaced my old toliet with a new one and also replaced the water regulator valve in basement because my pressure was way too high. Very friendly, professional and did a wonderful job. Our gas valve on our fireplace went bad, and every fireplace company we tried wanted to rip the entire thing out and build a new one. Revelation Plumbing was fantastic! Quick service and diagnosis, and they are going to be putting in a new gas valve so we can finally enjoy our fireplace next winter!

Brhett was able to come out to provide an estimate the day after I called Revelation Plumbing. He gave us quotes on the spot for two different types of water heaters and took the time to answer all of our questions. We appreciated his knowledge and thought his price was fair so we scheduled the job. He and his team were timely and professional and we are very happy with our new power vent water heater. It's been a few days and everything is working perfectly. We will definitely call Revelation Plumbing again.

I called Revelation Plumbing to replace a leaking drain in my kitchen sink. Since this work was not needed to be performed immediately, an appointment was set up for the next. I was informed by text when the plumber was on the way. When Mike arrived he inspected the drain and informed me the plumbing was not up to the current code. Next he provided me costs for repairing the plumbing as is and also for bringing it up to code. I decided to have it brought up to code. He then upgraded my plumbing and the drain is working as good as new now. I would used Revelation again in the future and would recommended them for someone looking for a plumber.

Mike from Revelation was great. We had easy coordination getting our appointment setup for an estimate, and had the work done the same day. We had some really old cast iron drain pipe that had failed in our 120+ year old house, and was causing a leak inside our kitchen ceiling. Mike had assessed the issue, given us an estimate and completed the job within 6 hours.

A little late, but the folks at Revelation are top notch. They went above and beyond with helping me with my sewer line issues a few weeks ago and dealing with the citys difficult permitting processes. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them back for any future plumbing needs.
