Jose Zaragoza was at our house today to install a filter and perform maintenance on our two tankless water heater units. Besides being a really good guy to have in our home, he was quick and efficient in performing his work. After he was finished, he explained to us what he had done as well as the status of both units and what he had observed about them, i.e., all good. We really appreciate everything he did for us and how he went about doing it. He is a true professional.

I would give Jose Zaragoza more than 5 stars. Not only did he arrive at the time the app said he would he was able to install the new parts efficiently and in a timely manner. What a relief to have such speed in fixing the issue and now once more we have hot water and a safe water heater, and I now have back a number of hours I thought I would be home to wait. We had a very complicated and outdated water heater system for hydronic floors and our hot water supply that wasnt working. Rick A came in on a Monday, created a quote for a replacement that was less than anyone elses quote, and the new system with two on demand heaters was installed by Friday. He personally came to adjust the settings and be sure that everything was done properly. Great service!!

Rick was excellent! Explained everything before the job from start to finish so there were no surprises. Prep the place beforehand and didnt leave any mess when they were done. I had a tankless water installed and it was finished within the quoted time. All in all, a great experience, great work and communication.

Rick came out quickly on initial call and quickly diagnosed the water heater needed to be replaced. He made recommendations and showed pictures of previous installs and detailed what the new install for me would be like. We went through options, pricing, warranties, and all aspects of the job. Since he didnt work on the weekend, I was willing to wait until Monday for him to install given his professionalism and details provided rather than having another technician the next day. Alex came with him on install day and both were terrific and did a thorough and terrific job. Install went without a hitch and new tankless is now up and running. Highly recommend Monkey Wrench and especially Rick.
