Villas now has AC service, which is what I needed. Chance Longino did an outstanding job of taking care of our AC issue (torn duct) and inspected the outside unit, cleaned the coil and fins and flushed the drain line. Very reasonably priced, too. We called for a quote due to leaks in our home and wanted to work with a local provider. Sean was super helpful and explained our options and cost regarding replacement of the water heater and toilets.
While we were discussing this I asked on an air conditioning issue we were having and Sean and Chance provided us a quote for this work as well. Overall the cost was reasonable. Sean was very professional and helpful.
We are very happy with the installation of the water heater, two toilets, shower head & fixture and air conditioning duct work. I highly recommend their services and suggest considering membership for additional discounts.

We had mold in our bathroom and Villas came in and fixed leaks in our sink and shower plumbing. They reset our toilet and installed a full set of new trim on the sink and shower. They were really patient with us, being willing to try multiple iterations of trim to make sure it all matched. Easy to get ahold of them, and really knowledgeable and nice plumbers.
