I had a main drain line blockage on a Sunday. Called 4 or 5 places and either they never called back or told me they were not available. Someone at TMG answered right away, told me how much it was going to cost up front, and arrived in about an hour. In an hour the tech "Adam" cleared the blockage. I have a new plumbing company.

Today, I had two superheroes come to my house, Matteo and Tyler. I had a bad mainline clog that took a specialized water pressure machine to blast through it and into the street line. Ive never seen equipment like that before and was told many plumbers do not have it. Certainly not my landlords plumber. I would have been in a very bad way if they were not able to fix it, but those gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure all my drains were doing well before they left. In my opinion, TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions went above and beyond. You dont see that kind of service today. I highly recommend them!

What can I say, when you have sewage backing up into your house you want help right away and you want the people who show up to be capable and experienced.
TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions were extremely professional, both on the phone and in person. The technicians (Mateo and Adam) were very conscious and diligent and got right to work.
I was very grateful when they were able to clear the blockage.

Update 9/23/23 TMG is a great company to work with. They have done a bathroom remodel and a deck build for my wife and I. Couldn't be happier. Love the bathroom and the deck is incredible. Thanks Taylor, Paul and the rest of the team. UPDATE 9/23/23. TMG just completed a total remodel of our kitchen and mud/laundry room. Tyler, Paul, Paul Jr. Renaldo, Metaoe and the rest of the crew worked with all the changes we made after initial consultation, helped with the process of finding an electrical contractor as well as hunting down the materials when they were late or we need more. From begining to end a GREAT experience and I we are over the moon with our basically, new home, as they did everything we asked and needed. Daniel was the bomb when needed and I can't thank the TMG team enough. The amount of contractors out there is staggering, but I will never use anyone else if I need work done at my house. THANK YOU Tyler, Daniel, Paul and everyone else on the TMG team.

We woke up this morning to a large amount of water in our basement after the big rain storm we just had. So we called TMG just before 5 AM and before I knew it Tyler and his amazing crew were here getting the job done.
TMG's punctuality, professionalism, very fair pricing and customer service was beyond our expectations so we are getting Tyler and his crew to come back to install a sump pump. Will definitely call TMG again.

I can't praise Tyler and TMG enough. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday, and TMG was the only company that was able to come through, and fix my problem the same day, within a few hours of me calling them for help.
The whole process was easy, and Danielle who took my call explained everything very clearly, and I knew what to expect from a service and cost point of view up front.
There was a lot of good communication provided by TMG. A clear set of paperwork was sent to me to approve the work.
Tyler sent multiple texts stating the time window when they would arrive, and when they were en-route.
The best part of the experience came when Tyler showed up with his helper and immediately got to work fixing my issue. They knew what they were doing, and were in and out quickly. They also made sure all the plumbing was working as expected before they left.
I would HIGHLY recommend TMG for your plumbing emergencies.

Mateo came at 9:30 on a Sunday night! We had a lake in the basement! He did a through job tracing lines, comming up with a plan, and finding the broken pipe. He walked me through every step and explained to me through every step. Stayed until he was satisfied he made the correct and only repair. I wont think twice about calling him again for any plumbing needs! I wish I could give him more stars

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very reasonable. Thanks to Paul and Caleb for a thorough and pleasant experience fixing a hard-to-access bathtub drain leak in a home built on a slab with no basement. They found a way to remedy the problem working with little access to the point of the problem. I would definitely use this company again.

Got Tyler Gonzales name from a friend. He called me back very fast after I had no call backs from 5 other plumbing companies.
Paul Lynn was the plumber that came out. He was VERY nice. His work was fast and well done. Up graded a sump pump and replaced a stretch of pipe with pinhole leaks. He also pointed out potential problems that should be corrected soon without and pressure. The price seemed about average for the work. No big surprises.
Will definitely use TMG again.
