Gabriel was very profesional, letting me know from the beginning what the cost would be and also mentioning that if the problem was not that one, he would just charge for the visit. I had to reschedule and he accommodated to the new schedule, without mentioning anything and always with good spirit. The job was done perfect, on time, and as discussed. I recently hired WM Plumbing for a camera inspection of my pipes and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. WM Plumbing showed up during a Google search for "commercial plumbers in Miami". When I talked with the owner he assured me of his experience with commercial grease trap installations as well as knowledge of dealing with DERM and the City of Miami.
The process was slow, but more due to the government red tape than anything else. Then Covid-19 hit and every process had to evolve. Overall it took two years to complete the process, but I cannot be more grateful for WM Plumbing's persistence and due diligence in getting us over the finish line. I would use them again.

I ordered a Sewer Scope Inspection before purchasing a new home. Gabe and his team were very professional from the beginning. They explained the entire process and walked me step by step through the process including the issues found in the plumbing, up until the final report.
