I was traveling out of the country when my wife encountered a problem with the sanutary lines backing up into the shower and toilets. She called me and explained the situation, so I contacted Spartan Plumbing and initially spoke with Crystal. She was very pleasent took all the information needed to schedule a technician and arranged for the appointment.Thomas Grasso was dispatched within a couple of hours and investigated the issue. His expertise within the plumbing trade allowed him to propose several solutions ranging from an economical one to a more robust in-depth choice, with both options being attainable that day to allow immediate use of the bathrooms. Thomas provided an accurate cost proposal and after explaining it and coming to an agreement with me over the phone, he went above and beyond executing his solutions. He was professional, courteous, attentive, and had a pleasant attitude with a sense of humor. The problem was solved and his cleanup afterwards met the highest of standards. Isaac is amazing. He knew how to fix our leaking shower head and saved the handle that came off instead of us needing to buy a new shower handle. Would 100% recommend.

Superb service came out the same day around 2. The home had no water and it was a cold day. I reached out to them around 11 just by looking through Google.
