Kevin and Ken installed a tankless water heater at my home - I messaged them on FB and received a quick helpful response, sent a few photos and they were able to come out and install. The whole service from contact to finish was friendly, helpful, quick, and they even informed me of a couple of things they noticed that need to be addressed while here, going above and beyond the service requested! They know what they're talking about and truly care about their customers.

Carlos was Fantastic! I called and they sent him within 24h and my water heater was replaced withing 48h. Very friendly staff. Mikael was very helpful and sweet. Great experience! It's hard finding a great plumber and would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you and enjoying my hot water again :)

Have plumbing in my roof crawl space. Noticed a wet area on the ceiling and upon investigation found one of the connections was leaking. Was not sure how to fix or if a plumber wanted to work off a ladder over an AC unit. Several calls later found THS plumbing and they came the very nx day. Check out their website.

I highly recommend this firm. Response time and then scheduling was friendly and fast. After arriving on schedule the pricing was fair and explained prior to execution. The work was done well and cleanup good. A small recurrence post work of an issue was handled quickly and professionally. They also use web based tools for scheduling etc which unlike so many others appear to work!

Andrew was on time, courteous and efficient. He talked to me about what he needed to do first instead of just charging ahead which I appreciated being informed. The kitchen line was packed with sludge, grease, and just use and all efforts could not clear the line ( pressure, snaking, vacuum) He cut the line, cleaned all of it outside with water and reassembled. There was still some slow draining So he snaked through the roof and turned me on to a product bioclean that can help maintain all my sewage lines from grease, hair etc. Now what plumber would give you advise that is a preventative ...WOW. Andrew was very good. The supervisor Ken stopped just to check on the work which I also appreciated. It was a flat fee even with all this work and time. I highly recommend this company.

Kevin Tucker and his crew have done work for me for over 10 years. I own numerous properties in this area and have seen my share of contractors and Kevin is light years ahead of the field. Excellent work and no call backs because its not repaired properly. I would not consider anyone else to do this work!!
