Services
We handle drain and sewer needs across the property, providing cleaning, inspection, repair, installation, and replacement services. Kitchen sinks, showers, bathtubs, toilets, laundry drains, floor drains, exterior connections, and underground sewer lines are all within our scope. Rather than stopping at a recurring blockage, we evaluate potential causes such as grease, hair, soap, debris, roots, pipe damage, and improper slope.
Hydro jetting gives us a method for removing stubborn material that can remain inside a drain after ordinary clearing. Specialized equipment directs high-pressure water through the line, breaking apart deposits and carrying the loosened debris out of the plumbing system. We use this service for situations involving grease, sludge, mineral deposits, soap residue, and recurring organic buildup. It may also address small tree roots that have entered a sewer connection when the line is suitable.
Our emergency plumbing services help address sudden failures before they cause further water or structural damage. We handle leaking water heaters, burst pipes, broken water lines, sewer backups, overflowing toilets, failed well pumps, and serious leaks, as well as clogged drains that allow wastewater into the home. We stop active flow first, inspect the affected system, and explain the necessary next steps.
Our leak detection and repair service addresses common problems such as worn toilet components, loose supply-line connections, dripping faucets, and damaged outdoor fixtures. We can identify issues involving sillcocks, wall hydrants, and related piping, including damage caused by freezing. After locating the failed component, we complete the repair and test the plumbing line before service resumes.
For homes with deteriorating plumbing, we provide solutions ranging from targeted pipe replacement to complete repiping. Older galvanized steel, polybutylene, and failing copper lines may contribute to recurring leaks and other performance concerns. We review the plumbing layout and existing conditions before recommending materials. New, properly sized piping can support more consistent pressure and reduce flow restrictions caused by deposits.
When a main water line develops a leak, crack, restriction, or corrosion, household water performance may be affected. We inspect water line connections and evaluate the pipes material, age, location, and repair history. Pressure testing, meter checks, listening equipment, and other diagnostic methods can help locate the problem. Based on our findings, we recommend repair or replacement.
We provide solutions for water heater repairs, replacements, and new installations, including traditional tank and tankless systems. Older equipment may become less efficient as sediment accumulates and components wear, increasing utility costs and repair needs. When replacement offers better value, we help select appropriately sized equipment and complete the installation while confirming dependable hot water.
When hard water creates persistent scale or makes household cleaning more difficult, we provide water softener installation and repair. Our approach starts with testing so system selection reflects actual water hardness rather than assumptions. Installation includes capacity planning, bypass and drain connections, regeneration programming, and performance checks, followed by instructions covering salt use, cleaning, and maintenance.
We assist commercial properties with plumbing systems that require dependable performance under heavier use. Our services cover emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment replacement, renovations, and large-scale installations. Common concerns include clogged toilets, floor drains that drain slowly, leaking faucets, damaged supply lines, failed water heaters, low pressure, sewer backups, and grease-related drain issues in food-service businesses.
Protecting a basement from groundwater requires a sump system that is correctly selected, installed, and maintained. We evaluate drainage conditions, basin condition, discharge routing, electrical supply, and existing equipment before recommending a pump. Our testing confirms that the float moves freely, the pump starts and stops as intended, and discharged water does not flow back into the pit.

Robert, the technician is professional, forthcoming, honest, and knows what he is doing. As a solo disabled dad on social security, with a prior tenure in the plumbing, sewage and drain industry, I have witnessed the good, bad, and the ugly. There is no ugly with this company folks. I have used This company/ Robert twice so far. On both occasions, they could have easily found a way to upcharge, or upsell. They do not. They are out for your repeat business, not your blood. In a world where inflation runs rampant, and most insurance/ warranty companies find loopholes to not honor their end, this company is a gem in a minefield folks. Stacy at reception/ dispatch is always easy to talk to and sweet too. This company gets this former sewer/drain techs stamp of approval. I will remain their loyal customer for life, because they reciprocate with honest, transparent, top shelf service! Thanks Pro-Flo & Co!

Pro Flo plumbing fixed two issues in our home that we had been putting off. The price was fair, our plumbers were outstanding and both jobs were done right.
Pro Flo also has now helped the nonprofit animal shelter my wife and I work with (APS Caswell) twice and did a great job for the shelter as well. When you go with Pro Flow, you can count on knowledgeable professionals explaining everything thoroughly, and getting the job done right for a reasonable price. I know my family are Pro Flo customers for life.
