They have done major work for me in the past for a rental, inserting a sleeve into the pipe that was leaking. They did a great job - professional, timely, reasonable rates. Again, I had an issue in my own condo unit with a shower drain that was clogged in a bad way. Blas and Andy came and unclogged it within minutes while another company attempted and wasn't able to do it. I'm so appreciative and happy to know I can call them for any of my plumbing issues!

Ritz plumbing was the only one who answered my call after my company's building had the main water line issue 4th of July night. Giovanni, our tech, came to the rescue. He drove from the valley to help my company on a Sunday. A SUNDAY! He was very thorough on his explanation of what happened to the water line and made a temporary fix until the new parts could be bought. He was very nice and informative. My company was very appreciative of his help.

I had a great experience with the Ritz Plumbing crew that fixed my various bathroom issues. They snaked four bathroom sink drains, plus they replaced two faucets and two fixture shut-off valves. It was a lot of work, but they left a perfectly functioning system.
Their attitude was very professional and friendly, and they are now my go-to plumbers for any future plumbing needs I may have.

Plumbing team for Ritz are rockstars! They came out twice in one month to my small business in Mid City and were able to help me out super fast. I recently had Ritz Plumbing out to assess a problem under my kitchen sink. Kevin and Victor came out first and explained everything clearly. Once they sent a camera through the line, they discovered the issue was much worse than I expected one section of the sewer line had shifted, and another section had a large root.
Every crew that came out during the repair process was professional, respectful, and truly gentlemanly. I want to give a special thankyou to Kevin, who did most of the work. His professionalism and dedication made a stressful situation much easier.
The repair was expensive and took about 12 days, but now I finally have peace of mind knowing the problem is fixed correctly. I would definitely call Ritz Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Started off rocky but Adrian went above and beyond to make it right.
Ive done two large projects with Ritz but recently during a sewer line relining + top hat installation there were a few missteps:
1) lack of communication about when services will be performed. Was told wrong date and time for top hat installation with no follow up
2) no pictures / videos of before / after job, despite follow up for 3 weeks daily with no response
3) sprinkler lines that needed to be cut for the job were patched up so badly I had to hire another crew to do it properly
After talking to Ritz, I was reassigned to Adrian who made it right. He provided consistent communication and came out immediately to camera the line. Appreciate the effort to make it better, and because of that Ill go back to Adrian for the next job.

last night (saturday) at about 9:30 pm, i walked into my downstairs bathroom which was totally flooded with blue water. turns out it was my neighbors bathroom that has the blue water and both of our places were underwater. she called a few plumbers, none of whom responded. it was sheer luck that connected her with ritz plumbing and SPECIFICALLY adrain a. they showed up within an hour. all 3 guys were great. they didn't do the once-over-fix-the-surface repair. they were here until way past midnight making sure that we could at least use our downstairs bathrooms until they could come back this morning (sunday) and fix the total problem. i've lived here through over 40 years worth of plumbers, who sometimes knew what they were doing and a lot of times didn't. i would not trust anyone else to repair the plumbing in our building again. adrain a and his team were not only professional but great guys as well. i'd ask for them if you want your work done correctly.

From start, excellent customer service... Adrian and Andy came in clutch as another plumber who failed to unclog the pipes was leaving. They quickly assessed the problem and put great effort into different solutions. Hydro-Jet Matt was called in to finish and solve the problem for good. The team worked flawless, extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Reasonably priced and very straight forward. Will definitely call Ritz again and request Adrian and his all star team. I contacted Ritz Plumbing to fix two of my bathroom sinks (faucet/drain). Adrian was dispatched and handled the job with professionalism and extreme flexibility when he encountered a few road blocks. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to explain what needed to be done. He certainly justified my decision to NOT attempt doing the repairs myself.
