11/10/25. They installed two toilets awhile back, i took a long shot to see how the warranty works. To my surprise they sent their top tech joshua. He analyzed the running shitter and swapped out the rubber seal to the water gizmo. In less than 10 min and FREE. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
The crew was extremely friendly and very professional. They replaced valves under my kitchen sink and did a superb job installing two new kohler toilets. They were super efficient.

I had a challenging dishwasher issue that required a different hose than what was initially installed with my last dishwasher. I also had issues with space and a frozen water turn-off valve. It was a pleasure working with the owner of the company and all issues were resolved in less than an hour. I will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues I might have.

EXCEPTIONAL, TRANSPARENT and PROFESSIONAL! From the first assessment by Zach, to the follow-up and coordination from Jody and the final work completion - simply outstanding! Living in Texas and helping my folks repair a main line water leak was quickly fixed and updates communicated timely. While others [plumbers] provided a "free" quote/visit, they quickly upcharged for other services e.g. water heater over 10 years - needs replaced, $300 for crawling under home to check for leaks, or leak detection [even EWEB stated was a waste of money] - Precision was clear, transparent and stood by the work estimate- no surprises. STRONGLY recommend PRECISION Plumbing!

I had an apparent water leak outside near my back door, the water meter indicated a 10 gal/hour leak. Montana with Precision Plumbing arrived within an hour of my call. He immediately noticed a hose bibb 20 feet away leaking a slow, steady stream. The water had run underground, under a concrete slab and surfaced 20 feet away. Tightened down the hose bibb handle and verified the leak had stopped by checking the water meter. Thanks Precision, I'll definitely use you in the future.

We had a great experience with Precision Plumbing. First visit, Roy gave us an evaluation after he viewed the sewer line through the camera. On the second visit, he descaled the pipes and found it to be in better shape than we had thought. We feel as though we dodged a bullet. We will use Precision plumbing going forward.
