I am a new widow navigating a stressful plumbing issue. I met with Nick. He was the 3rd Plumber I was meeting that day. From the start he was friendly. Shook my hand. Asked what the problem was. I said I had a slow leak from the meter to my house but had no idea where it was. He explained how we could handle this issue. This is the 4th or 5th leak I have had! I decided to go for the full replace. It would be guaranteed for 15 years. So I did. Tripp and Nick showed up and both were professional, friendly and polite. They did an excellent job. Tripp went so far to get rid of the big black spider right next to my shut off valve in my basement! Goes above and beyond. After the repair they reseeded and laid down straw!
From Adam in the office to Nick and Tripp was beyond pleased with the service. This company cares about their customers and it shows. Thank you Adam,Tripp and Nick!

This is our second home located in Archdale, NC. We had a list of repairs that were needed: sewer pipe replacement, mysterious leak in our basement ceiling, and an outside faucet that was vibrating. We received several quotes on the work. We cannot begin to describe how impressed we are with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as a company and the quality of work they did. Getting the lowest price was not our objective, however, they were Thousands (!) of dollars lower than the competition and their warranty was unbeatable. Our technician, Jeff, was superb. Professional, friendly, & diagnosed and repaired ALL our plumbing problems quickly. He explained everything very clearly and offered us options on the repairs. To quote my husband, "The new faucet is a dream!" We couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship and the price. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We will not use anyone else.

Scheduled my appointment online late the night before, always called to confirm my appointment in the morning. Our kitchen sink had been backed up for 5 days and nothing we tried worked to get it flowing again. Turns out, the line was actually backed up solid with too much food debris and grease from cooking over the years. Sebastian came out and had us back up and running in just a couple of hours! Very happy with their service!!

Sebastian Grundseth came and did a service call to give us an estimate on some possible work for the sump pump. He was very thorough and gave an honest professional opinion. His customer service skills were exceptional! I feel like we built a very trustworthy rapport. I would happily hire him to do any necessary work and feel like the work would be carried out with the upmost ethical standards!!! Made an online appointment and was contacted the same day to have someone come in one day. Customer service was exceptional especially considering rd conditions due to recent wintery weather. The technician Jeff Gulliver was great as well with getting everything set and up and explaining what went wrong and things to look out for. The ease of scheduling, and the communicating were fantastic. Once Jeff got here, he took a look at the problem and had a solution, along with an estimated repair cost within 5-10 minutes. Jeff worked efficiently to get our pipe repaired, replaced the hot water overflow and did some light concrete demo and repair in less than 90 minutes. He was very polite and professional as well.

We had an excellent experience working with this team to install a whole-home water softener, water filter, UV light, hot water recirculation loop, and a new tankless water heater. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to quality.

Nick was especially thorough, taking the time to ensure every detail was done right and that we were completely satisfied with the results. He was a pleasure to work with, as were Tripp and Adam—friendly, respectful, and clearly dedicated to making sure the job was done to a high standard.

Corey was awesome. Really friendly and professional. He knows his stuff and went above and beyond to not just resolve my issue but make sure I understood the plumbing in my home. I made a call after I had flushed a toilet paper holder down the toilet and he was there within the hour. I spoke with a guy named Adam when I called and he was really friendly and helpful as well. In a time when good customer service is harder and harder to find, these guys are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing twice - once for replacing a toilet and a leaking water pressure regulator, and today to fix a leaking shutoff valve behind the fridge. Both times the service has been excellent. Today, I called them as soon as I noticed the problem, and they had someone out within a few hours.

I had about 4-5 inches of water in my basement. I needed a new sump pump. Not only did they come the same day I called, but my sump pump was installed the same day. Ryan was friendly, answered every question/concern I had. And, the price was nice. I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The old pump on the left compared to the new one on the right.
