I called Wednesday, spoke with Johanna Regarding need for removal of tub and replacement of new tub. The guys were out there the very next morning had work order completed and very pleased with their work, professionalism and response time unmatched! I had called a few other plumbing companies that same day I called Top Notch and Top Notch had the work completed before I ever heard back from any of the other plumbing companies. Top Notch (Tom) did a great job for us. Our tankless hot water heater had stopped heating. Tom was responsive to first diagnose the problem (ignitor switch), direct us as to exactly what parts to buy (online and cheaper!) and then return to prompyly install after the parts arrived. He did a great job and was reasonably priced. We are now having Tom come back out to swap out some faucets since he gave us some great advice as to where we should buy those faucets. Great company with whom to work! 5 stars!

Top Notch Plumbing Services, Inc. repiped our whole house with pex piping and installed our sink and dishwasher in our kitchen. We highly recommend them. They gave us a good quote for the work done, and they did a professional job of placing pipe in an older house. Ive spent years having one plumbing service after another look at things and then not get back to me or fix only the problem immediately at hand and say that they are not taking new 'projects' or even worse. over quote the project so that they dont have to do it. The guys at Top Notch are the pros that know the industry (and then some.) After hiring Top Notch for 2 separate projects now, I would recommend them again and again to anyone looking for Honest, Friendly and Hardworking Professionals!

My disabled father called in about 9:00am with a water leak under the house. After talking with Joannna he was informed that all trucks were tied up, but she would see what she could do. Around 11:30 a man showed up and had the leak fixed and cleaned up before 3:00PM. He was very professional and even took time to show my dad pictures of the before and after! My dad has been a plumber for over 30 years and this was his first plumbing issue since becoming diabled! Highly recommend this company!

Wow! Tom and HIS company were terrific to work with! Came out same day, had great communications regarding appt and about arrival, and quickly FIXED my problem! They were very personable, had incredibly fair prices, and I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone in the Lake Norman Area! (Don't use one of the chain plumbers!) They were recommended to me and thankful I used that recommendation!

Tom at Top Notch was able to come same day and give me a quote on a new gas hot water heater much lower than two other companies. He came the next morning to install the new hot water heater and remove the old one. He did a great job in less than two hours and left the area cleaner than he found it. Tom has done other plumbing jobs for us over the last two years and although I like to get at least three quotes, I will always use Top Notch Plumbing Services Inc. Highly recommend.

If you want your plumbing problems handled with excellent service and knowledge than these are definitely the guys to call. I had a broken pipe was told they would be out about 1 and they arrived more than a full hour earlier. I was given a price and the work was done quickly and efficently and also another small problem fixed for the same amount.
