Golden West exceeded my expectations, providing 5 star service from start to finish. Josh A. was absolutely amazing! He made sure I was comfortable and had the understanding of my available options, answered all my questions as well as scheduling the service next day. Josh, Alex and Jose were very thorough, professional and friendly throughout the entire repair. Many, many thanks for resolving a stressful issue into a positive experience! I was so concerned about finding a company that was going to be equally as professional as they were straight forward with me. It turns out this company is the best of both worlds not only was Chris extremely upfront with me he was extremely helpful in getting everything that I needed for my AC system repaired reinstalled and replaced. His team was fast and got me in the very next day after seeing him for a consultation.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you need any sort of AC heating or plumbing, 1,000,000% go to this company asked for Chris on top of that everything that they took out from my old AC system did recycled and disposed of properly I cannot say enough how much that means to me that this company is doing things sustainably.

Brendan could not have been more professional, respectful and kind. As a single woman it's always a concern about who will show up and how I'll be treated. He put me at ease right away with his relaxed and professional manner. He walked me through every step of getting my evaporative cooler running for the summer. He discussed concerns thoroughly, with options for resolution, which were ultimately found to not be a problem.
He explained the VIP program and I was shocked, and pleased, to see their very long list of services. Nobody offers all of those solutions in one business. Scheduling was not as smooth but Alicia did a great job of meeting my needs (despite my party already starting). Brendan took it from there with great professionalism, even though I was added on to the end of his busy day. Many thanks all. I will be a devoted customer for all needed services!

We are condo renters and we had some bad wiring in our kitchen that blew out our microwave and 3 kitchen outlets. Our landlords hired Golden West and Anthony came out and figured out the problem quickly, explained everything to us and was able to do the actual repair work in under 2 hours. I highly recommend this company, Anthony was great! Just a super nice guy, very pleasant to work with and very professional. Definitely recommend them, would call them for any of the services they offer.
