I'm impressed! This is my first time with Pride and it will not be my last. Both Melissa, who set the appointment, and Keith, the service man, were very pleasant and easy to work with. Keith explained options very clearly and without a moment of "sales". We agreed on a path forward and he quickly installed a new main water shutoff and a new sump pump motor. Plumbing can be messy but Keith left the site cleaner than before he arrived. I'm considering a tank-less hot water system and will call Pride for the installation. I'm very satisfied and happy to find such a great technician and company! Highly recommended!

Sadly my household is full of people with GI problems so we've been stopping up the toilets lately. From the get go the customer service was great. Jamie, took all my information, was rather pleasant, and let me know what I was looking at for cost. Day of I was set to have a tech come between, 4-7 however as I was headed home, Josh called and said if I was free they had a tech available now.
I happened to be free. Josh said the tech would soon call and give me an arrival time. With in 2 minutes, Daniel, the tech called and gave me an arrival time. Upon arrival Daniel was happy, friendly. Didn't smell of smoke, his uniform looked great (not like he just rolled out of bed). He got right to work and after a few minutes our toilet was clear. I had hoped to get a new toilet, but of course not thinking, with labor and such, it would have been way more than I planned on spending. Daniel didn't try to pressure me into buying something I couldn't afford, just gave me the options that were available and answered all my questions. In the end I old had him clear my clog. However I would absolutely use them again, and I would have no problem requesting Daniel.

I rarely write reviews. But, I felt compelled to write one after this experience. As far as the customer service & the quality of work goes, Pride Plumbing does a top notch job. I have no complaints there. However, I am quite displeased with the fixed/flat price that I was charged to replace an outdoor faucet. $500 to cut a pipe in an easily accessible space, pull the old faucet out & solder in a new one? That's insane. Even your employee said that it was an extremely easy job & it only took him 30 minutes. Really? $500 for that?

Kory was able to replace a tub stopper in my bathroom along with a faucet on the tub. He was very courteous and professional. Had a great experience with Pride Plumbing from beginning to end. Scheduling the appointment by phone was quick and painless, and the person I spoke with clearly communicated what I should expect the day of my appointment. Nick A. was the plumber who performed the diagnostic work and sewer cleaning, and he was amazing from the moment he called to say he was on the way. He explained the problem clearly, provided accurate estimates at each step along the way, addressed all of my questions and concerns around the job at hand as well as other plumbing jobs I've been thinking about for the future, and even contacted the City of Rochester to handle the piece of the line from my clean-out pipe to the street that they are responsible for. Absolutely no complaints, and I will not hesitate to use Pride (and hopefully Nick) again in the future!

David and Kory were fantastic. They worked longer and harder to clear out my main line than probably any other plumbers would have. They stayed all day working and were extremely professional and friendly. David even spoke to someone at a restoration company to help clear up an issue. Thank you, guys! The day before, Daniel C. came to my house to assess the situation with Brandon, and Daniel was willing to enter a very narrow, gross crawl space. Mitchell came over, too, at one point and was kind and helpful. Best plumbers out there!
